General info: Of the 5 relic slots only 4 has to be the relic set of your choice, the gems and enchants that are put on the weapon and accessories are selected based on what the build still needs on the end. In general all chars aim to have some good crit chance, high crit dmg and ignoredef at the max of 75% or close. All chars benefit from reduced veda energy consumption (RVEC) at the max of 35% or close, and to have high veda energy, but some chars don't demand it (in PVP the char needs it and high VE). Cooldown reduction is good for everyone, good on PVP and it's connected with high scores on raids, but it's not a obligatory status to have, depending on the char. For DPS the armor you equip can have the enchant of +20% crit chance or up to +30% ignoredef when releasing the sig move, so take that in consideration when building, also check what the char may get from from other sources during battle.

Stat Priority

If you only have F7 and 1 or a few copies of his halo, do a normal build with the Silent Slave relic with focus on ATK more than stamina. But if you have his halo at R6 and his weapon at R7 or close, it may be better to do a stamina build with the messager relic set or the Hero in Love one, where you try to have on the end more than 3.000 stamina.

Notes

• The Additional Damage from his passive is not affected by Crit, DMG%, Enemy DEF and Enemy RES. It is small compared to his normal kits. No need to go all in on Stam%.
• He has a lot of Flat ATK from the passive. ATK% scales well on him
• He needs a lot of Crit because his equipments barely offer any
