First, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the abnormal reward claim issue.
We have fixed the issue that allowed players to repeatedly claim Fiend Hunter Daily Challenge Rewards using certain methods, and we have reopened the Event Shop suspended temporarily.
In addition, we have taken action against accounts that exploited the issue and obtained event rewards inappropriately (Abuse 1st sanction), in accordance with our reward retrieval and operational policies.
Please note that these accounts will be removed from all rankings.
