It has been confirmed that some accounts received Premium Monthly package and Newbie Pass reward more than one time and here is the notice regarding the issue.
1. Instant rewards for Premium Monthly Package have been distributed more than one time.
We have confirmed that some accounts received instant diamond rewards for monthly package twice. This reward is supposed to be distributed only once.
Those accounts will not be able to receive daily rewards for the next 9 days equal to the amount of instant rewards they received more than once.
We will inform the target users about the claim restriction through the in-game Mailbox and to those users, we will provide 240 Diamonds which have been excessively retrieved from the server.
2. DAY 1 rewards for Newbie Pass have been distributed more than one time.
We have confirmed that some accounts received DAY 1 rewards for Newbie Pass more than one time. This reward is supposed to be distributed only once.
We plan to provide one more round of mission rewards to all accounts except for accounts that received duplicate mission rewards.
The compensation schedule will be announced through a separate notice.
