Fixed Key 5 - Immovable

When inflicted with StunTaunt, or Paralysis, immediately cleanse that effect and become immune to StunTaunt, or Paralysis for one turn. Simultaneously, gain Frost Barrier for 3 turns. Frost Barrier absorbs damage equal to 60% of base attack, up to a maximum of 100% of Suomi's max HP. This can trigger only 1 time per battle.

Fortifications

The orange box denotes a good stopping point for Fortifications. If no orange box is present, then no Fortifications are recommended for this character. For Standard Dolls and for characters like Papasha or Sabrina, whose copies can be acquired for free, Fortification 6 is recommended, as that will eventually happen without having to do any pulls specifically for that character. Also, for Elite Dolls on the Standard Banner, the Fortification recommendations might be slightly higher than those of other characters, since it is simply easier to get copies of them over time (either from the Standard Banner or from losing 50/50s). As a bit of a disclaimer, almost no characters require their Fortifications to function in battle, and pursuing them on limited banner Elite Dolls should only be done if you are a significant spender or if the character is particularly important to you.

Fortification 1

Snowfield's Radiance

Increases the number of stacks of Avalanche by 1.

Recovers HP equal to 30% of Suomi's maximum HP and restores Stability Index by 4 points to all allied units. All allied units (excluding self) gain an additional 1 stack of Wintery Bastion.

If an allied unit is at full HP before being healed, they gain an additional 1 stack of Shelter and Continuous Healing I for 3 turns.

If allied units have Frost Barrier, apply Warding Light to them.

The effect Speedrift Sprint is enhanced, support range is increased by 2 tiles.

Apply Impact Response to the target for 2 turns. for each surrounding large enemy unit, apply 1 additional stack of Defensive Support.

If it causes Stability Break, increases fixed damage to 125% of defense.

Applies Defense Up II to all allied units for 3 turns. Increases the number of cleansed debuffs by 2, and also cleanses the effects of FearInfatuated, and Stun. Increases restored HP by 50% of Suomi's max HP. Expand the radius of Frost by 1 tile.

The effect of Shield is enhanced by 30%, up to a maximum of 150% of the target's max HP.

Frost Barrier: When Shield or Frost Barrier is destroyed, apply Frigid for 1 turn to the unit that destroyed it. Considered a Freeze buff and cannot be cleansed.

Shield: Absorbs a certain amount of damage. Shields do not stack, but they can overlap. When the most recently-applied shield expires or takes more damage than the previous one(s), they overlap. Shields include Frost Barrier, Principal Protection and other effects.

Frozen: Movement is decreased by 1 tile. If Frozen has reached 2 stacks at the end of the action, it is converted into Frigid, which lasts for 1 turn. Maximum of 2 stacks. Considered a Freeze movement debuff.

Frigid: Unable to move and cannot be actively displaced. Considered a Freeze movement debuff.

Defensive Support: Increase defense equal to 30% of the applier's base defense, maximum of 4 stacks. This effect cannot be cleansed.

Impact Response I: After being attacked, Suomin gains 10% of maximum HP. Considered a buff.

Avalanche: When other Freeze debuffs are applied, gain 1 stack. Upon reaching 5 stacks, take 8 fixed point Stability Damage. This is considered a Freeze debuff.

Fear: Uncontrollable, actively moves away from the caster. This is removed when the caster dies.

Stun: Unable to act.

Taunt: Uncontrollable, forced to use basic attacks on the caster. This is removed when the caster dies.

Infatuated: Uncontrollable, Actively moves toward the caster. This is removed when the caster dies.

Paralysis: Command Prohibition, disallows the use of basic attacks and active skills. Considered a Electric debuff.

Wintry Bastion: Reduce damage taken by 30%, maximum of 5 stacks. Expend 1 stack upon being attacked. Considered a Freeze buff and cannot be cleansed.

Frost: Applies Frozen to enemy units which end their movement in this area for 2 turns. Enemy units in this area gain a weakness to Freeze damage and this area is considered as Freeze tiles.

Shelter: Gains Satbility Protection, reducing Stability Damage taken by 2 points. Each instance of Stability Damage taken consumes 1 stack, maximum of 3 stacks. Considered a buff.

Continuous Healing I: Restore 10% of maximum HP at the end of action. Considered a buff.

Defense Up II: Defense increased by 30%. Considered a buff.

Defense Up III: Defense increased by 40%. Considered a buff.

Action Support: Performs a Support Attack; cannot be triggered by another Support Attacks.

Critical Damage Up I: Increase Critical Damage by 10%. Considered a buff.

Sleetdrift Sprint: The range of Support Attack is increased by 1 tile. This effect cannot be cleansed.

Warding Light: Increases Freeze damage dealt by 15%. Upon taking damage, if Frost Barrier is not destoryed, deal 1 fixed Stability Damage to the attacker. This effect cannot be cleansed.

Ice Seal: Command Prohibition, unable to move. This effect is removed upon the holder taking damage. Considered a Freeze movement debuff
