Q: When will the MARVEL Mystic Mayhem CBT 2.0 start and end?
A: The Closed Beta Test 2.0 will begin at 10:00 UTC on March 20th, 2025, and will run for 21 days, ending at 04:00 UTC on April 10th, 2025.
Q: Which regions will be available to participate in this CBT 2.0?
A: The MARVEL Mystic Mayhem CBT 2.0 will be available in Germany (DE), the United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CA), and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ).
Q: What devices are supported?
A: This test will only be available on Android devices. And the system requirements are as follows:
Minimum Specs:
RAM: 4GB
OS: Android 5.1 or above
Free Storage: 3GB
Processor: Snapdragon 835, Dimensity 800U, Exynos 980, Kirin 980, or above
Q: How do I participate in this CBT 2.0?
A: To participate in the MARVEL Mystic Mayhem CBT 2.0, you need to pre-register on the official site to be considered for the test. We will randomly select players from the pool of pre-registrants who meet the criteria for this test. The public test will have a participant limit, so priority will be given to those who have pre-registered. To players in other regions, we appreciate your patience, and we are working to make the game available in more regions as soon as possible.
Q: Will there be a progress wipe?
A: Yes, all data will be deleted after the test.
Q: What will happen to my in-app purchase after the test ends?
A: After the test concludes, you have two options regarding the amount you recharged during CBT 2.0:
[Recharge Bonus for CBT 2.0] Players who elect this option will NOT receive a cash refund, but instead will receive the following:
1. DREAMGEMS
All Dreamgems purchased during the Closed Beta Test 2.0 will be fully given back to the Players at Global Launch in lieu of a cash refund. To show our appreciation, we will also provide players an extra 50% in bonus(see note1) Dreamgems along with the amount of Dreamgems purchased during the CBT 2.0.
(For example: If you top up $1, you'll receive 60 Dreamgems back, plus a 50% bonus of 30 Dreamgems, totaling 90 Dreamgems at Global Launch.)
*Please note:
① The maximum bonus Dreamgems a player can receive is 10,000. If your bonus total exceeds this limit, you'll still receive the full amount of Dreamgems purchased during the CBT and the maximum 10,000 bonus Dreamgems.
② To receive your Dreamgems and bonus, please ensure that you use the same Google Play account you used during CBT 2.0 for the refund and bonuses at Global Launch.
③ For guest accounts, we will process a cash refund by default. We highly encourage you to bind your account to take advantage of our generous rebate policy.
2. Monthly Pass/Dream Pass
Players who purchased the Monthly Pass or Dream Pass will also receive a full refund in the form of an activatable item in their in-game mailbox at Global Launch.
- For the Monthly Pass: You'll get an in-game item that will activate the Monthly Pass once you use it.
- The same applies to the Dream Pass.

① To receive your refund and rebate, please ensure that you use the same account you used during CBT 2.0 for the refund and bonuses at Global Launch.
② Every account can only have one Monthly Pass and one Dream Pass refunded.
③ For guest accounts, we will process a cash refund by default. We highly encourage you to bind your account to take advantage of our generous rebate policy.

[Full Cash Refund for CBT 2.0]
If players prefer not to wait for the Global Launch, they can take advantage of our Full Cash Refund feature.
1. By selecting "Give up Recharge Bonus and request a cash refund," you'll receive a full cash refund for any purchases made during CBT 2.0 after the test ends.
2. Refunds will be processed directly through Google Play.
3. You can expect your refund to arrive within 20 business days after the test concludes.
* Please note:
① Refunds are only available to players who participated via Google Play during Beta Test 2.0.
② Choosing this option means you will forfeit any rebate bonuses.
Q: Can I change my mind during the CBT 2.0 regarding which refund option to take?
A. Yes, Players can elect to choose either the Recharge Bonus or Cash Refund at any time during the CBT. Just be sure to make the final selection before CBT end (04:00 UTC on April 10th, 2025).
Q: What is the default Refund Election?
A. The default refund election is the Recharge Bonus. If players do not make an active election for either refund option, the system will automatically select the Recharge Bonus option.
