Storm Skills

Skill	Type	Description
Pouring Rain		Deals damage to debuffed enemies
Deluge	Debuff / Special Damage	Deals Special DMG to all enemies in the target area, applying Wet for 10s. Wet: Deals 10% less DMG.
Windrider	Special Damage	Deals Special DMG to enemies in the target area. Gains 20 Ultimate Energy for every debuffed enemy in the target area (up to 100)
Hailstorm	Debuff / Special Damage	Deals Special DMG to all enemies in the target area, applying Frozen to debuffed enemies for 5s. Frozen: Reduces Attack Speed by 30%.
