The Mecha Break February 2025 Open Beta is here, giving you the chance to jump into giant robot battles ahead of the full release. With 13 Strikers to choose from, finding your perfect mechanical partner can be overwhelming. Should you go for raw firepower, support abilities, or mobility? Each Striker has its own strengths, weaknesses, and playstyle, making your choice crucial to success on the battlefield.
In this guide, I will rank all Strikers from best to worst, break down their key stats and abilities, and help you decide which mech best fits your playstyle.
Mecha Break Striker Tier List
Before diving into the tier list, let's understand what makes a Striker top-tier in Mecha Break. Our rankings consider several factors:
- Damage output: How quickly can the Striker eliminate enemies?
- Survivability: How well can it withstand enemy attacks?
- Mobility: How easily can it move around the battlefield?
- Utility: What special abilities or tools does it bring to the team?
- Learning Curve: How forgiving is it for new players?
Remember that even C-tier Strikers can be effective in the right hands. This tier list reflects the general effectiveness of each Striker in the Beta Version meta, but your personal playstyle and skill can make any mech shine.

Inferno packs devastating firepower but suffers from extreme mobility limitations. When Inferno can set up in a good position, its damage output is unmatched. However, once committed to a position, Inferno is essentially locked in place. This makes it extremely vulnerable to flanking and coordinated attacks. It is currently the worst in the game.
B Tier

Panther offers a more agile melee option compared to Welkin, trading raw power for mobility and defensive options. Panther's shield provides crucial protection during approaches, allowing it to close distance more safely than other melee fighters. Once in range, its quick attacks can deal significant damage while its mobility makes it difficult to track. The lack of ranged options is Panther's biggest weakness – you're committed to close-quarters combat.
Luminae's primary strength is keeping teammates alive through consistent healing. Its speed allows it to quickly reach allies in need, making it a reactive support option. However, unlike Pinaka, Luminae contributes very little to offensive pushes.
A Tier

Alysnes is one of the best offensive Strikers in the game. It can adapt to different situations, making it a safe pick when you're unsure about your role or if your team composition has gaps. It can provide decent damage at various ranges and has survivability to contribute throughout fights. However, he is a jack of all trades yet a master of none, which makes him fall slightly behind the S-tier.
Falcon excels at hunting down and eliminating damaged enemies. Its speed allows it to appear seemingly out of nowhere, finish off targets, and disappear before the enemy team can respond. While its raw damage output isn't impressive, its ability to secure kills makes it valuable. Playing Falcon requires good map awareness and knowing when to engage and disengage, and definitely a lot of practice.
Aquila stands out as the best long-range specialist in Mecha Break. What sets Aquila apart from other snipers is its excellent Multilock Radar tool, which helps track enemy movements and set up perfect shots. Unlike fragile snipers in other games, Aquila has substantial armor, allowing it to survive flanking attempts while repositioning.
Welkin stands as the top melee Striker in Mecha Break. Welkin's most powerful feature is its ability to stagger-lock enemies, preventing them from escaping once engaged. This makes Welkin particularly effective against other heavy mechs that lack escape options. Its good health pool allows it to survive initial engagements long enough to secure kills. The obvious limitation is range – Welkin must close distance to be effective, making it vulnerable to kiting and long-range attacks.
Narukami, a Light Sniper Striker offers high burst damage with excellent evasion tools. Narukami's playstyle revolves around finding vantage points, eliminating high-value targets, and quickly relocating before enemies can retaliate. However, the main challenge with Narukami is its steep learning curve – you need excellent aim and positioning knowledge to maximize its potential. Missing shots with Narukami is more punishing than with Aquila, as you have less durability to survive counterattacks.
Skyraider's Aerial Assault Form allows it to quickly reposition and gain height advantage, perfect for surveying the battlefield and raining missiles on enemies. Its jamming capabilities can disrupt enemy coordination, giving your team a tactical edge. While versatile, Skyraider doesn't excel in direct confrontations like dedicated attackers. Its strength lies in harassment, area denial, and support fire. Once you get the feel of using it, Skyraider has the potential to be the best asset in a team.

Stego stands tall as one of the most powerful Strikers in the game. This Ultra-Heavy Attacker combines exceptional firepower with surprising durability, making it forgiving for new players while still offering a high skill ceiling. The slow movement speed is its main weakness, but with proper positioning, you can minimize this disadvantage. What makes Stego truly shine is its forgiving nature – even if you make positioning mistakes, you often have enough health to recover and retreat.
Hurricane dominates as an area-denial specialist. This Ultra-Heavy Defender excels at controlling space and making zones unsafe for enemies. Hurricane's Drones and Supercharged Plasma create persistent danger zones that enemies must avoid or suffer continued damage. This makes it exceptional at defending objectives and chokepoints. Its high health pool ensures it can maintain position even under heavy fire.
Support players will find their perfect match in Pinaka. This Medium Support Striker offers the best healing and team utility in the game. Pinaka's standout feature is its Repair Drones, which can temporarily protect allies from all damage – perfect for pushing objectives or saving teammates in critical moments. Its healing capabilities are unmatched, allowing your team to sustain pressure much longer than they otherwise could.
Tricera's abilities focus on area control and team protection. It can create defensive zones that make capturing objectives difficult for the enemy team. While not as offensively oriented as Stego, Tricera still deals solid damage, especially to enemies attempting to contest its position. The main challenge with Tricera is its slow speed, making rotation between objectives difficult. However, it is still one of the best Mechs in the game right now.
