Buzz-Kill is an elite weapon that combines melee combat with summoning capabilities, allowing players to create a small swarm of bees that fight alongside them. This weapon offers both close-range area damage through its swinging attacks and ranged single-target damage via summoned bees.
Every 4th attack summons a bee to fight alongside you, with a maximum of 3 bees active at any time. These pets attack single targets from long range, creating a combat style that rewards aggressive play with increased overall damage output. Unlocked through Jax's quest by defeating Royal Rider (Tournament Grounds Rift Completion), Buzz Kill provides a powerful option for high-level hunters.

This is the build based on players high up in the leaderboard:
- Passives: Vampire Teeth, Chicken-O-Matic, Unstable Beam/Unstable Laser
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Life Jacket*, Shelldon
Note: This build is based on what top leaderboard players are currently using, but as more people unlock Buzz Kill, there will likely be some changes and optimizations to this build.
Worlds Build
For Worlds mode, where efficient farming is the priority:
- Passives: Unstable Laser, Chicken-O-Matic/Explode-O-Matic, Vampire Teeth
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Pepper Spray, Really Cool Sticker/Life Jacket
This build focuses on maximizing your area damage potential with Explode-O-Matic. The gadget selection provides a balance of offense and defense.
Rifts Build
For Rifts mode, where you need to balance damage and survivability:
- Passives: Unstable Laser, Chicken-O-Matic, Vampire Teeth
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Really Cool Sticker, Spicy Dagger/Shelldon
Dojo Build
For Dojo build:
- Passives: Unstable Laser, Chicken-O-Matic, Vampire Teeth
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Really Cool Sticker, Pepper Spray/Monster Taser/Spicy Dagger
This build maintains core damage while offering flexibility in your third gadget slot to adapt to different Dojo challenges.
Versus Build
For PvP combat with Buzz Kill:
- Passives: Unstable Laser, Chicken-O-Matic, Vampire Teeth
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Really Cool Sticker, Life Jacket
This build gives you strong damage output while providing survivability through Vampire Teeth and Life Jacket.
Please note that builds can differ based on your playstyle, level of your gadgets, weapons, passives and there are a lot of possibilities for one single weapon. If you disagree or have some suggestions or a different build, we are open to trying it.
