Medicine Ball is a supportive flail-style melee weapon that serves a dual purpose in combat. Unlocked at level 23, this healing weapon allows players to contribute both offensive and defensive support to their team. While it can deal area damage at close range with its swinging attacks, its true strength lies in its frequent combo healing—every third attack heals you and all nearby allies in a large area around you. This consistent healing makes Medicine Ball an excellent alternative to Staff of Good Vibes for players who prefer to be in the thick of combat while still providing crucial team support.
Early Game Build (Level 1-15)
Not applicable as you will get this weapon after level 20.
Mid-Game Build (Level 15-25)

All of the gadgets and passives mentioned in the image above can be obtained before level 25. This is the build I like to use for Medicine Ball:
- Passives: Vampire Teeth, R&B Mixtape, Auto Zapper
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Snow Globe*, Multi Zapper
We are still investigating this particular weapon and will keep this build updated as soon as possible.
High-Level Build (Level 25-30)
For high-level content where your healing capabilities become even more valuable:
- Passives: R and B Mixtape, Vampire Teeth, Healthy Charm
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Splash Heal/Shelldon/Snow Globe (depending on your mode and playstyle), Revitalizing Mist
This build focuses on maximizing your healing output with R&B Mixtape and Healthy Charm while maintaining your own survivability through Vampire Teeth. The gadget selection enhances your support capabilities with options for different types of content.
Worlds Build
For Worlds mode, though there are better weapons for farming:
- Passives: R and B Mixtape, Vampire Teeth, Explode-o-matic
- Gadgets: Vitamin Shot, Snow Globe, Pepper Spray
There are better weapons to play in Worlds if you want to farm, but if you are doing specific weapon projects then you can play this.
Rifts Build
Under Construction
Dojo Build
Under Construction
Versus Build
Not highly recommended in PvP mode except in duo or team play:
- Passives: R and B Mixtape, Vampire Teeth, Healthy Charm
- Gadgets: Life Jacket, Vitamin Shot, Multi Zapper
This build focuses on survival and team support in PvP settings, but be aware that Medicine Ball is generally not the optimal choice for solo PvP combat.
