The Unstable Lazer passive that gives a 20% chance to shoot a lazer beam at any enemy that takes damage from your weapon or pets. Note that this does not apply to damage from gadgets (see Unstable Lightning) or other passives. It is best used with summoning items, high attack speed, or splash damage.
