We would like to inform you about the current known issues after the 2/13 (Thu) update.
We are diligently investigating and resolving these issues. We will keep you updated on our progress through this notice as each issue is addressed.

■ An issue where the initial pop-up does not close upon login.
* The PC version requires Windows 10 or higher.
* We recommend updating your OS if using an older version for optimal performance.
■ An issue where a red dot is displayed on the Mission - Guild Mission screen even when there are no rewards to claim.
■ An issue where the remaining duration of the previously purchased Daily Essence Stone Support package is not being displayed after the 2/13 (Thu) update.
* The remaining duration of the Daily Support Support package cannot be seen on the Activity Funds screen, but you are able to normally receive the daily rewards during the remaining duration.
■ An issue where a red dot is occasionally displayed on the menu > content tab.
■ An issue where an error pop-up, indicating that you have no available Artifacts to equip, is displayed when proceeding with auto-equip feature in certain cases.
■ An issue where a red dot is displayed on the Simulation Gate content every time you log into the game.
■ An issue where the amount of Mana doesn’t start as 60% when entering battle with Blessing Stone “Desire” equipped.
* The [Desire] icon is always displayed when you equip the corresponding Blessing Stone and enter combat.
* When mana reaches 60%, the [Increase in Attack] icon is displayed, and the effect activates properly.
■ An issue where the game crashes on certain iOS devices.
* We are currently investigating an issue where crashes are likely to occur on devices that meet the minimum specifications if the graphics options are set to high. If this issue persists, you can enjoy smoother gameplay by going to [Options] - [Graphics] - [Graphics Quality] and setting it to [Low].

■ An issue where the Battlefield of Time Challenge tier 2 or higher dungeons are unable to enter after the 2/20 (Thu) patch.
■ An issue where the game is intermittently unable to play after entering certain contents.
* We are currently investigating the issue and will notify you as soon as we figure out the root cause of the issue.
■ An issue where, when clearing Simulation Gate “Special Battle” stages except for the Final Stage, the “Special Battle Clear” is not applied to the weekly mission.
■ An issue where the product sorting tab does not appear upon purchasing items at the Special Shop
■ An issue where the mission (5-1) in the Train to Become a Formidable Combatant can be cleared when reaching Cha Hae-In Lv. 21, not Lv. 20.
■ An issue where you are unable to move to the market when attempting the update through the pop-up message displayed after starting the game on iOS devices.
■ An issue when using the Sung Jinwoo ultimate skill - King's Domain in certain graphic options, the floor is displayed white.
■ An issue where entering Instance Dungeon and Gates are intermittently unavailable.
■ An issue where new mission tutorials are not displayed upon initial access.
■ An issue where the red dot is not displayed even if there are free packages available for purchase.
■ An issue where a “New” text is displayed on the possessing Hunter/Weapon on the Special Summons result screen.
■ An issue when accessing the Bonds tab for the first time after logging in, all the Bonds list rewards are displayed as activated.
■ An issue where the Gold-tailed Fox [Golden Wound] icon is not removed after the debuff effect ends.
■ An issue where the immediate crafting feature was not functioning normally for Sung Jinwoo and Hunter Skill level 7 or higher.
■ An issue where Challenges chapter 33 is not cleared normally in certain cases.
■ An issue where settings were unavailable in some cases when attempting to set Remnant Power on the team forming screen without entering the Remnant Power content.
