The Hunters Association has a notice for you!
We would like to inform you about the current known issues after the 3/13 (Thu) update.
We are diligently investigating and resolving these issues. We will keep you updated on our progress through this notice as each issue is addressed.

■ An issue where the effects of Stormbringer's [Sealed Power] and [Awakened Storm], which prevent critical hits from triggering, were also applied when using other weapon skills.
■ An issue where, when reaching Hunter Pass Max level, the maximum pass Exp is applied as 101.
* Additional Gold will be provided as maintenance compensation at the next update.
■ An issue where the medal is not claimable when participating in the Final Act: Ant King 30 times in Challenge Medals - Reliable Cooperator.
* The issue will be addressed during the next update. Please contact our Customer Support if you wish to resolve the issue before the update
■ An issue where Shadows are not automatically formed when proceeding with auto-formation.
■ An issue where an empty screen is displayed when moving to the lobby after clearing Hunter Preview (Goto Ryuji) for the first time.
■ An issue where the name of the set page for Sung Jinwoo management is occasionally displayed in a different preset name.
■ An issue where, after limit breaking Cores to Lv. 10 and moving back to lobby and proceeding with limit breaking Lv.15, the button does not change into an enhancement button.
■ An issue where the loading preset feature is unavailable when using the copy preset feature in Power of Destruction.
■ An issue where the remaining duration of the previously purchased Daily Essence Stone Support package is not being displayed after the 2/13 (Thu) update.
* The remaining duration of the Daily Support Support package cannot be seen on the Activity Funds screen, but you are able to normally receive the daily rewards during the remaining duration.
■ An issue where the game crashes on certain iOS devices.
* We are currently investigating an issue where crashes are likely to occur on devices that meet the minimum specifications if the graphics options are set to high. If this issue persists, you can enjoy smoother gameplay by going to [Options] - [Graphics] - [Graphics Quality] and setting it to [Low].
■ An issue where the game is intermittently unable to play after entering certain contents.
* We are currently investigating the issue and will notify you as soon as we figure out the root cause of the issue.

■ An issue where the individual rewards for certain tiers in the Power of Destruction is incorrectly set.
■ An issue where a black screen is being displayed in certain content, disrupting normal gameplay.
■ An issue where the Claim Reward button for the packages in the [Shop] > [Mission] is displayed in Korean.
■ An issue where the purchase button for the packages in the [Shop] > [Mission] is not working properly (PC).
* The packages can be purchased by tapping the “Claim Reward” button.
■ An issue where the clear reward Artifacts are different from the main rewards in the Encore Missions “Poison-toothed Giant Desert Centipede” and Instance Dungeon “Hobgoblin Leader.”
■ An issue where the missions & rewards are not displayed in the [Shop] > [Mission] packages for PC version.
* The purchased packages can be claimed normally by tapping the purchase complete button.
■ An issue where the initial pop-up does not close upon login.
* The PC version requires Windows 10 or higher.
* We recommend updating your OS if using an older version for optimal performance.
■ An issue where a red dot is displayed even when there are no rewards to claim in the Mission - Guild Missions.
■ An issue where a red dot is occasionally displayed on the menu > content tab.
■ An issue where an error pop-up, indicating that you have no available Artifacts to equip, is displayed when proceeding with auto-equip feature in certain cases.
■ An issue where a red dot is displayed on the Simulation Gate content every time you log into the game.
■ An issue where the amount of Mana doesn’t start as 60% when entering battle with Blessing Stone “Desire” equipped.
* The [Desire] icon is always displayed when you equip the corresponding Blessing Stone and enter combat.
* When mana reaches 60%, the [Increase in Attack] icon is displayed, and the effect activates properly.
