We would like to inform you about the current known issues within the game.
We are diligently investigating and resolving these issues. We will keep you updated on our progress through this notice as each issue is addressed.

■ An issue where the battle mission for defeating the boss with a fire attribute hunter's attack is occasionally not cleared in Story - Side Chapter: Scout - Wasted Talent.
■ An issue where battles in certain stages are not completed properly.
■ An issue where the NPCs in the Hunters Association lobby is unable to be seen when exiting the Guild Boss challenge screen through the exit button.
* The issue can be resolved by returning to the lobby after playing other content or visiting the Guild lobby.
■ An issue where the continuous damage skills of the same effect, owned by different hunters, are being combined and displayed to a single hunter on the Guild Boss result screen.
* Please note that the damage from these skills is being correctly applied in the game, but the result screen incorrectly shows the cumulative damage under one hunter's name.
Examples of continuous damage skills: Bleed, Poison, Electric Shock, Burn etc.
■ An intermittent issue where the error popup "Game will be closed due to multiple executions" appears when launching the game through the Netmarble Launcher PC version.
* If the error popup appears, you can take the following temporary measures:
1) Close any running web browsers and relaunch the game.
2) Restart your PC and relaunch the game.
■ An issue where Google login is unavailable when entering our official forum through the pop-up displayed automatically when logging into the game.
* You will be able to access our official forum while logged in upon accessing through [Menu] > [Community].
■ An intermittent issue where the Netmarble Launcher could not be installed.
* You can resolve this by closing the currently running Netmarble Launcher and reinstalling it.
■ An issue where Sung Jinwoo’s dialogue is not displayed properly when using the Winter Hunting weapon skill after equipping Skadi.

■ An issue where the question mark guide image is not normally displayed in certain languages.
■ An issue where a black screen is displayed while playing Story - Chapter 19.
* The following issue is expected to be fixed as soon as possible, and can be prevented
by lowering the shading quality in Options - Graphics until it is fixed.
■ An issue where screen touches are delayed.
■ We have noticed feedback regarding Charlotte’s skill usage order and targeting are not properly functioning, and are preparing for a fix.
* Please note that we are closely reviewing to prevent any additional issues that may arise after the improvement, and we ask for your understanding regarding the time it takes.
■ An issue while possessing maximum amounts of artifacts, artifacts obtained through the Artifact Crafting event being applied with random additional effects when sent to the mailbox.
■ An issue where the linked skill is not activated normally in certain cases when equipping Sonic Stream - Magnifying Slashes.
* We have confirmed that when using [Magnifying Slashes] after a dash, at a specific timing, the system recognizes it as being linked with [Magnifying Slashes], activating an increase in skill damage effect.
When the skill is activated, regardless of the use of the dash, the skill effect should be applied as
[Magnifying Slashes 0 stack(s)] → [Magnifying Slashes 1 stack(s)] → [Magnifying Slashes 2 stack(s)].
The skill effect is currently applied as
[Magnifying Slashes 1 stack(s)] → [Magnifying Slashes 2 stack(s)] → [Magnifying Slashes 2 stack(s)].
If we were to modify the skill according to the original design intent, there is a possibility that hunters may perceive this as a nerf. Therefore, we intend to maintain the current state.
We apologize for the confusion and kindly ask for your understanding moving forward.
■ An issue where skill link effects can be stacked when using certain weapons after equipping Sonic Stream - Magnifying Slashes.
■ An issue where the defense ignoring effect is not applied normally in the first and last hit when equipping Mutilate - Stroke of Lightning.
* The above issue will be fixed to operate properly through the 9/12 (Thu) update.
* Additionally, during the corresponding update, certain runes skills will be buffed.
Please refer to the future notice regarding the details on the balance adjustments.
■ An issue where the effect of Lee Bora hunter’s exclusive weapon “Solid Logic” is not activating normally during Guild Boss content.
* The issue above will be fixed to be normally applied to all the formed hunters, including Sung Jinwoo, when attacking, during the next update.
■ An issue where attribute damage of Bracelet Artifacts is not applied normally.
* This issue is currently undergoing accurate investigation, and we will prepare to fix it as soon as possible.
■ An issue where the “Log in for 1 day” mission among the Lucky Clover missions is not cleared normally in certain circumstances.
■ An issue where the text “when using Ultimate Skill” is missing in the Han Se-Mi’s advancement tier 5 effect.
* Han Se-Mi advancement tie 5 effect is applied when “using Ultimate Skill” or “Tagging out.” Please note that only the text is missing.
■ An issue where the tower gets out of sight after a certain number of Tanks are accumulated in the Heart-pounding Tank Tower.
■ An issue where a red dot is displayed regardless of the Challenges and missions progress during the Guild Mission.
■ An issue where the damage of the Shadows is not counted properly when being summoned while playing the Power of Destruction.
* The effects due to the summon of Shadows such as buffs are applied normally.
■ An issue where, when using Han Se-Mi’s Support Skill ‘Divine Field’, the [Debuff Zone] removal effect is not normally applied.
* However, the [Debuff Zone] removal effect of Hansemi's QTE skill 'Leaf Wind' is applied correctly.
■ An issue where red dots are exposed after playing in the 'With Gian! Rock Paper Scissors' event.
■ An issue where occasionally, Daily Guild Missions are not reset correctly.
* The issue can be resolved upon reconnecting to the game.
■ An issue where the guild check-in mission from the Guild Missions is not being cleared.
■ An issue where the “Profile Background: Ruler of the Lower Floors” is abnormally displayed.
■ An issue where the skill description of Silver Mane Baek Yoonho’s Extreme Attack: Beast Form is incorrectly displayed.
■ An issue where the Artifacts are unable to swap depending on the possessing amount of Gold during the Free Artifact Swapping Event.
* Artifact swapping is only possible if you possess more Gold than the amount required for swapping based on the event non-application criteria. No additional Gold will be consumed during the swapping process.
■ An issue where Legendary Artifacts cannot be sold in bulk.
* Please note that Artifacts can be sold normally when sold individually.
* Individual Selling Method: [Menu] > [Artifacts] > Select the Artifact to be sold > Click the "Sell" icon to the left of the "Enhance" button at the bottom right of the screen.
■ An issue where the Phantom Foxes summoned by Lee Bora attack while moving when playing Battlefield of Times Hobgoblin Leader.
■ An issue where a red dot alarm is displayed even if there are no claimable rewards are missions to complete when entering the Hunter Pass tab.
■ An issue where the “Back” button does not function after entering the Secret Library in the Hunter Archive in certain circumstances.
■ An intermittent issue where Essence Stones are not immediately distributed after completing Hunter Archive stories.
* Essence Stones will be distributed upon moving to another page or upon re-entering.
