The Hunters Association has a notice for you!
We would like to inform you about the current known issues within the game.
We are diligently investigating and resolving these issues. We will keep you updated on our progress through this notice as each issue is addressed.
📌 Known Issues
1. An intermittent issue where the tutorial fails to proceed normally after completing the Activity Funds-related tutorials in a weak network environment.
2. An issue where the message "You have already claimed the reward." displays when clearing the Silver Mane Baek Yoonho Hunter Preview for the first time.
* Please note that this is only a display issue, and the rewards will be distributed correctly.
3. An issue where the game option settings were reset during the 4/17 (Wed) update.
* Starting from future updates, the settings will not be reset and will be maintained.
4. An issue where Hunters are unable to access the game upon displaying a black screen.
* Please tap the [PC Black Screen Issue Solution Notice] for a solution.
5. An issue where Hunters using iOS devices are experiencing unstable gameplay.
6. An issue where certain Side Chapters are not displayed.
7. An intermittent issue where the Power of Destruction scores are not registered.
* Please note that Hunters who have experienced this issue will receive rewards based on the total amount of highest ranked points after the season ends.
8. An issue where a black screen is displayed when entering the Hunter Pass banner due to Hunter Pass expiration.
📌 Fixed Issues
1. An issue where the tutorial is no longer able to proceed when the game abnormally terminates or experiences network delays.
2. An issue where an error pop-up is displayed upon claiming the ranking reward in the Battlefield of Time.
3. An issue where the Battlefield of Trials (Hunter) Stage 15 cannot be completed.
* Please restart the game if the issue occurs.
We will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
4. An issue where some text is being displayed in Korean, when attempting to sweep A-Rank or higher Hunter Gates while the game language is set to English.
5. An issue where the passive “Bleeding” effect of the SSR-Rank Silver Mane Baek Yoonho hunter disappears when attacking with his exclusive weapon equipped.
6. An issue where the season ranking rewards of the Power of Destruction is being distributed based on the current season rewards rather than the season at the time of ranking registration.
