For newcomers to our webshop, the Hunters Association offers a welcome introduction
and detailed guidance on how to earn and use the ARISE Points.

📌 Webshop Introduction
The webshop allows you to purchase items anytime, anywhere, regardless of
your gaming environment, whether on PC or mobile.
* You can make purchases by logging in with your email-linked account.
* Please note that during certain periods such as updates or maintenance,
purchasing items may be temporarily unavailable.
📌 Please ensure proper setup before accessing the webshop on iOS!
Follow the steps below to configure your iOS device for optimal use of the webshop:

📌 How to Earn ARISE Points
1. Visit the Solo Leveling:ARISE official webshop.
2. Click on the desired item for purchase and proceed to the payment window.
3. Receive 10% of the purchased amount as ARISE Points credited to your account 14 days from the date of purchase.
* Please note that certain in-game package items may not be available for purchase through the webshop.
📌 How to Use ARISE Points
Earned ARISE Points can be used to deduct the cost of items when making purchases from the webshop.
Click on [Character Icon > Points] located at the top right of the webshop, then enter the [Point History] page to review your ARISE Points-related information.
Please note that payments made with points do not accumulate points.
* A minimum of 10 ARISE Points is required for redemption.
* When combining ARISE Points with another payment method, a minimum payment may be required depending on the currency.
* No additional points will be accumulated if you purchase items solely using ARISE Points.
📌 ARISE Points Precautions
1. ARISE Points can only be earned and used within the Solo Leveling:ARISE webshop.
- Points can be earned and used per account with no accumulation limit.
* Transferring or refunding accumulated points to another account is not possible.
* Point accrual may be delayed by up to 1 hour after 14 days from the payment date.
2. The minimum accumulation unit for ARISE Points is 10 points.
Ex) If the accrued points are 12 points, only 10 points will be accumulated.
- ARISE Points will not accumulate when withdrawing from purchase before points are accumulated.
- ARISE Points will not accumulate for purchases made with ARISE Points or for products excluded from accumulation.
3. When combining ARISE Points with another payment method, a minimum payment may be required depending on the currency.
- 10 ARISE Points can be used as 10 KRW within the webshop.
- When using ARISE Points, the minimum amount of ARISE Points that can be used is 10 Arise Points.
- You can purchase a product solely using ARISE Points.
- When purchasing items combined with ARISE Points and another payment method, ARISE Points will only be accumulated for the amount paid with another payment method.
4. ARISE Points expire 30 days from the date of accumulation.
- Expired ARISE Points cannot be recovered and are automatically deleted.
- ARISE Points held are forfeited and cannot be recovered when the Solo Leveling:ARISE account is withdrawn or deleted.
* Starting 30 days after they have been earned, the accumulated 'ARISE' Points will expire every 30 minutes past each hour.
*The accumulation and expiration of ARISE Points will be processed on an hourly basis. Accumulation occurs every hour from the time of payment, while expiration is processed every 30 minutes past each hour from the time of payment.
5. When using ARISE Points, those with the shortest remaining validity period are used first.
- If the validity period is the same, the points accumulated first are used first.
6. The ARISE Points accumulation rate, limit, usage, and expiration criteria may change depending on service conditions.
7. Withdrawal can be made within 7 days of purchase.
* Withdrawal may be restricted for products with immediate effects upon purchase or products used after purchase.
8. When canceling a purchase made with ARISE Points, it will be refunded in ARISE Points.
* When canceling a payment by combining ARISE Points with another payment method, the refund will be conducted separately based on the payment method.
* The validity period of the refunded ARISE Points is the same as the original points.

- You can use the webshop by logging in with an account linked to [Solo Leveling:ARISE].
* Ensure your account is correctly linked before making a payment.
- Product prices are displayed after logging in and are based on the currency of the country where the account was first registered.
- ARISE Points may not be accumulated if your country is not included in the service area.
- Confirm the receiving account before purchasing.
- Purchased products will be distributed to the Mailbox of the linked account.
- Different offers are available to different players depending on the product's purchase requirement.
- The webshop operates in accordance with the terms of service of the Netmarble mobile service.
