NonoWill is an excellent support character/sub-dps, and well-justifies her place on any team. Her two main skills are Celestial Song and Enchanting Shadow, both of which give her a great deal of versatility within her role.
Celestial Song provides NonoWill with an aura effect that causes all allies within 5 spaces of her [Regeneration II] and [Immune to Attribute Debuffs], while also inflicting any enemies within 3 spaces of her with [⦸Active Skills], and this lasts for 2 turns. Obviously, this skill can be used offensively or defensively, which gives it flexibility.
Enchanting Shadow, on the other hand, is an [Instant] skill that gives NonoWill [Dodge] and then inflicts any enemies within 2 spaces of her with [Vulnerable III]! That’s actually pretty insane for an [Instant] skill with only 1 NRG cost.
For her third slot, it depends on your team. Overall, I suggest Phantom Dance, as it’s an excellent way to get her in and then out of trouble, and it allows her to do a combo of Dance (then move) into Shadow, then teleport out of trouble after attacking an enemy or using Song (though positioning with the aura might be tricky in that circumstance). Alternatively, especially if you’re running Auguste, you can use her Aggression leader aura in this slot.
Be aware that you can build her as an excellent infection engine, though you’ll want to give her different skills and equips (namely Infected Dagger, Anesthetic, and Thousand Blades, plus she’ll want the Roaring Flint to proc extra AoE infection/sleep with Anesthetic). She pairs well with LilyWill this way.
For a weapon, Ever-Burning Blade enables her to act well in her support/sub-dps role, either just causing extra chip damage or setting up others with the same weapon to do extra damage. For a trinket, Flying Armguard is great with the Ever-Burning Blade, but if you aren’t using that, I would opt for the Disaster Bottle for extra debuffs. For a tarot, I recommend Judgment as it fits her role perfectly, but World is great for added uptime on her skills. Her best engraving is wand + sword, though she isn’t absolutely married to this one. When rolling for stats, go for P.ATK.
