Gloria can be built in different ways, though the first four skills above should always be on her. Her last slot is more of a flex slot, though I personally bring her Leader Aura about 99% of the time, as it's truly that amazing (and boosts my Auguste to new heights). If you would rather, you can bring her default skill, Longinus-Thrust, especially if you want her to have some knockback potential.
Gloria has two modes in battle: Flag Mode and Sword Mode. When she activates her Lance of Longinus skill, she throws her flag into the ground, where it stays for a few turns, buffing ALL of your teammates' ATK and DEF significantly. This causes her to go into Sword Mode, which is more damage-oriented, while Flag Mode Gloria is more about buffing her allies.
Her Longinus-Brilliance skill buffs her nearby allies' ATK and DMG reduction for a few turns, which is a handy buff, especially if you don't have room for a dedicated buffer on your team.
In Sword Mode, however, the above two skills change. Brilliance becomes a two-tile AoE sword spin attack that absolutely shreds enemies, while Lance of Longinus is replaced with the ability to recall her flag (aura doesn't stack with the flag still in the ground though).
Her basic attack in Flag Mode is a handy AoE that, while not super strong, can avoid proccing most reaction skills on enemies. In Sword Mode, however, it becomes a rather deadly single-target nuke that does even more damage when attacking from the front (hence why I recommend the RK 1 skill I did).
For gear, I strongly recommend the Double-Sided Halberd, as it improves her AoE damage. Magician tarot is best for the same reason. Both improve AoE damage, but not to the exclusion of single-target damage, since she does both. Her best trinket, in my opinion, is Old Scrolls of Auguste, as she's fast and can use its effect on her slower allies. Her best engraving, like most DPS, is wand + sword, as usual. When rolling for stats, aim for P.ATK.
