Increases HP by 3-10%. When attacking, if the enemy's HP percentage is higher than the character, ignores 20-40% of the target's DEF.
This pairs well with both Guzman and Alexei, who spend a great deal of time at low HP. It’s best current use, however, is as an HP stat-stick on Cocoa. That being said, ignoring DEF is a very powerful effect on strong enemies, so this axe does have potential to do more damage than expected in certain circumstances.
