Main Trait: Gray Wolf

Iggy's Main Trait is Gray Wolf, a passive skill that significantly boosts his combat abilities in specific terrains. This skill provides him with increased jump capacity, allowing him to easily navigate terrains with trenches and cliffs. Additionally, it enhances his movement speed on highlands, ensuring he can quickly reach strategic positions.

One notable benefits of Gray Wolf is its impact on Iggy's damage output. When Iggy attacks from a [Highland] position, his attack power is doubled, making him a formidable force on elevated terrain. Furthermore, the trait grants him [Armor Penetration], which allows him to ignore a portion of his opponent's defense, dealing more effective damage.

Rank 5 or
[I would lean on Preempt because of my own playstyle: Just use Iggy to rush into battle and use his nimble movement to snipe those weak supporters at the back. This will make him vulnerable to enemy attacks which make preempt quite useful in such situations]
Rank 7
[This skill has a much lower cooldown than his other support skill within this rank. Iggy is a breaker, and let's just make him a damage dealer and not a hybrid DPS-Support unit - My own personal view. You can build him however you want.]

Recommended Skill Setup

Frontline damage dealing breaker - No pullbacks & snipes the backline supporters (in hilly areas).
Infection theme Iggy & taking advantage of [Hunting Preparation]'s self sustaining heals. This is a more careful and passive style of play for Iggy - Slowly bruising the enemy and attacking when the situation is favorable for himself.

Iggy Quick Sword of Convallaria Guide

Iggy, a Vlder Breaker in Sword of Convallaria, often finds himself overlooked despite his impressive potential. His unique ability to exploit highland terrain and deal big damage makes him a viable choice in specific stages with uneven terrains.

While Iggy might not be the strongest unit in terms of raw power, his kit offers a variety of skills that can be incredibly effective in certain situations. His [Highland] advantage, which doubles his attack bonus when attacking from a higher elevation, is a key component of his gameplay.

One of Iggy's most valuable skills is [Hunting Preparation]. This skill allows him to gain the [Highland] advantage even when he's not on a higher tile, making it easier to trigger his bonus damage. However, this skill only takes effect outside of Iggy's turn, which means he's often reliant on vigilance and counterattacks to deal damage. Iggy's strength lies in his ability to control the battlefield and exploit his enemy's weaknesses. His [Alertness of the Wolf] skill provides him with movement and damage reduction buffs, making him more survivable. Additionally, his [Behemoth Hunting] skill can deal massive damage to enemies with high health.

Final Thoughts

While Iggy's skills might not be as self-consistent as some other units, his unique playstyle can be incredibly effective when used correctly. Overall, there are more viable breakers compared to Iggy that a more easily built and used - Heck, we even get Rawiyah for free and she's a favorite breaker unit among free-to-play players. Nevertheless, Iggy really sweeps the floor when the terrains are hilly - Just equip [Grey Wolf's Leap] and you're good to go.
