Welcome to DotGG's character guide for Nungal in Sword of Convallaria! As a member of the Hanged Man and the younger sister of Nergal, Nungal's life is shaped by tragedy and curiosity. Orphaned after her aristocratic family was brutally massacred, Nungal and her brother found solace and purpose under the guidance of Sofia. Despite her shy and introverted nature, Nungal's strong curiosity about life beyond the Hanged Man sets her apart.
Her unique trait, Elite Sniper, allows her to transform physical damage into magical damage, increasing her critical hit rate. Additionally, the farther she is from her target, the more powerful her attacks become, making her a formidable force on the battlefield.

Main Trait: Elite Sniper
This trait changes Nungal's [P.ATK] into [M.ATK]. Every tile between Nungal and her target (excluding the adjacent tile) increases the damage dealt. If Nungal does not move before attacking, her range will increase.

One of the best things to gain from Nungal only lies in her late-game performance. As the game progresses, she will be able to dish out big damages when landing ciritical hits. She'll be your single-target boss killer with the right setup. However, Nungal doesn't perform well in Sword of Convallaria during the early and mid-game. During these phases, it's best to use other damage dealers in your team while you grind for her upgrades and equipments.
Nungal's core skills revolve around precise sniping and quick reloading. Her [Quick Reload] skill instantly restores her NRG, reduces skill cooldowns, and allows her to use [Deadly Aim] without preparation. [Deadly Aim] is a powerful single-target attack that ignores blocks and grants bonus critical hits when targeting enemies marked with [The Hanged Men's Mark]. [Sniping Stance] enhances Nungal's range, attack power, and critical rate, but restricts her movement.
Consider pairing her with characters like Inanna or Col. Inanna's [Princess Prayer] ability can significantly reduce Nungal's skill cooldowns, allowing for more frequent use of her powerful [Deadly Aim] attack as well. Col, on the other hand, can provide valuable support and enhance Nungal's overall performance when teamed up together.
