Increases [AoE DMG] by 15%. After dealing DMG with an Active Attack, there is a 25-50% chance to inflict [Life Loss] equal to 20% M.ATK on the target for 1 turn.
For AoE characters, this is a decent option, but the fact that it only boosts AoE DMG and not M.ATK, combined with its low chance of activating its secondary effect means that it falls behind Diffusing Prism in overall usefulness. That’s not to say it’s useless, but in most cases, it will take a back seat to the Diffusing Prism.
