When actively attacked, DEF increases by 10-30%. The next attack deals 15-25% more DMG.
Similar to the Pendant Halberd, but better. This one boosts the wielder’s DEF against ALL active attacks, and then gives a nice little buff to the wielder’s next attack. Can be great on tanks or someone you don’t mind having take a hit.
