At the beginning of your run in The Bazaar, players can choose one of the three "Starting Kit" options:
- Start With: +12 Gold and +2 Income
- Start With: Choose an Enchanted item and +6 Gold
- Start With: Choose a Gold-tier Skill
Which one is the best pick for your run? While all three options are viable and players can pick the one that offers the most fun avenue, let's take a look!
Start With 12 Gold and 2 Income
Having extra income is the "generic" pick for all characters as it gives you the most flexibility. While it still a safe option for all Heroes, Pygmalien or Mak could end up leveraging it the best without needing to take a risk with the other two options.
Start With Choose an Enchanted Item and 6 Gold
For this option, a player is always given an Enchanted Bronze Small Item, which has a lot of uses for Dooley. Even if all three items end up becoming dud options, you can reroll it later in the game with Mandala and keep the best enchantment. Mak has plenty of Enchantment options so it's not really needed here.
Start With Choose a Gold-tier Skill
Gold Skills are quite good with Mak and Vanessa where it can provide early wins if given the right options for damage and snowball into more wins. Currently it is not recommended for Pygmalien.
