This the follow up and measures that will be taken regarding the notice that was posted today on 08/18(Fri).
As a reminder, we apologize for any inconvenience and frustration we may have caused to our Regulars through our Vacation Events and Check-in events and will provide the following compensation to all Regulars.
◆ Vacation Event Follow Up Measures
We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused during what should have been an enjoyable summer vacation event.
We have been discussing internally how we can make this event more enjoyable and rewarding for our Regulars, and we will be adding rewards that can be earned on the Event Exchange Shop in addition to the additional reward compensation for Vacation Events.

- Rewards will be sent to [Mailbox > Notice], and you can select the reward you want to receive by touching the item in [Bag] after receiving it. - Rewards must be received within the claim period, and it is difficult to provide additional assistance for rewards that have expired. * If you obtain a swimsuit item that you already own, you will receive a Costume Exchange Ticket Item. ‘Costume Exchange Ticket ‘ can be exchanged for other costumes by collecting a certain number of them, but there are currently no exchangeable costumes and they will be added in a future update. * If you acquire a Swimsuit Costume for a Teammate that you do not own, it's treated as a reward acquisition, and you can wear the Swimsuit Costume after you acquire the Teammate. |
We recognize that the current rewards for events such as Check-in in the Vacation Update are insufficient from what Regulars have told us.
To apologize for the disappointment that we have caused we have prepared a Supply Selection Chest I for you to choose one of the following rewards that our Regulars need.

Many of our Regulars were looking forward to the swimsuit costume that was revealed in the Dev Notes. We apologize for disappointment.
We recognize that there has been a lack of in-game items. For the Regulars that own all SSR Vacation Teammates and all Teammates swimsuit costumes we have created a vacation selection box that includes Normal Summon Tickets x60.

In addition, we will be adding a reward to the Xia Xia’s Dangerous Vacation Event Exchange Shop
‘[Maniacal] Xia Xia’ Soulstone reward will be added. Conch x4500 and Squid x 4500 will be sent to your Mailbox as event exchange items to help you instantly earn a ‘[Maniacal] Xia Xia’.
However, in order to add the [Maniacal] Xia Xia Soulstone to the Event Exchange, a patch will be required. The patch is required to add the Soulstone to the Event Exchange Shop, and we will inform you when the patch will be available through a separate notice.
◆Summon Teammates Rate(s)
As said before through a previous notice the Summon Teammates Rates is a function of which we are continuously checking and reviewing. We will periodically provide information on the published rates and the actual obtained rates.
We inform you about the [Appearance Rates] from the time Hwaryun was added on 08/03(Thu) until the update maintenance 08/16(Wed) and the [Appearance Rates] after the update maintenance on 08/16(Wed) until 08/18(Fri) 12:00 (UTC+9)
Please note that the information below does not include gains from [Summon Mileage Bar] and [First Ever Summon].

In a future update, we're looking into implementing a system that will allow you to see the odds directly in the game. system so you can see the odds directly in-game in a future update, We'll provide more details once we've have a timeline for the update
◆ Communication Follow Up
In addition to today's announcement, we're also aware of the many other concerns and feedback we've received from our Regulars, and we will continue to make improvements.
In addition to the current Vacation Event, we're revamping Check-in Events, content and loot rewards, SSR+ earning inconveniences, and more.
However, the overall game economy and balance, development of additional content, etc. are all connected. As a result, we ask for consideration from our Regulars.
To this end, we would like to unify separate channels such as the official Forums, and Discord so that we can check all inconveniences experienced by screening personnel during improvement discussions and prepare countermeasures in real-time without unnecessary communication processes.
