Information Regarding the Issues Confirmed after the Grand Launch

This is the Tower of God: New World team.


We would like to apologize to the Regulars who have experienced any inconvenience while playing the game due to various bugs.


On 08/01(Tue) a server patch took place to fix the issue where the number of friend support was not deducted from Adventure Floor 16 onwards when using the multi-deck.

Even though the server patch was a temporary measure to reduce the inconveniences caused by confirmed bugs within the game, it seems to have done more harm than good than intended to our Regulars, who didn’t receive information about the server patch prior to the patch.


We are currently investigating the issue related to friend support, and we will take action according to the operation policy.

Regarding the inconvenience due to lack of prior guidance, we are also preparing compensation as an apology for the discomfort caused to our Regulars. We will continue to improve the areas we lack in the future.
Details on the compensation plan will be informed through a separate notice on 08/03(Thu).

Various errors and bugs found within the game, including the issue of the number of friends, support not being deducted, issue fixes will be fixed on the first update maintenance on 08/03(Thu). Details of the maintenance schedule will be informed through a separate notice today.


We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused, and we will keep doing our best to provide a better gaming experience in the future.
