This is the Tower of God: New World team.

 

We’d like to inform you of the current known issues found in the game.
The game is constantly monitored in order to find and quickly fix any issues that may occur.

 

We will update this notice if any new issues are found.

 

Check below for more details.

 


◆ Known Issues

 

● Issue where the Defense Formation information used in the qualifier round of the High Ranker Arena is displayed incorrectly if the team formation used at the time has not been modified after the 10/18 Update. (Added on 11/10)
* This issue will be fixed in the 11/29 Update. (Updated on 11/21)

 

● Issue when obtaining A-Rank stats in all slots on page 2 of the Tri-Essence Facility, the "Awaken" button is activated on page 1, and an error pop-up is displayed when tapping the "Awaken" button. (Added on 11/06)

 

● Issue where the ‘Bonus Suspendium x10 Pack’ is not displayed occasionally in the [Shop > Bundle > Weekly] tab. (Added on 11/01)
* If the pack is not displayed, reconnect the game and it will be displayed normally.

 

● Issue where after playing Adventure with the Action Cam and Cutscenes options set to ‘ON’, in the next round the settings automatically change to ‘OFF’. (Added on 10/18)

 

● Issue where the notification red dot is constantly displayed in the [Teammates] menu in the Lobby if the player owns a Costume of a Teammate they have yet to obtain. (Added on 10/4)
* The red dot disappears once the Teammate is obtained.
 

● Issue where after running the game with certain devices or foldable devices a part of the webview displayed is cut off when opening the webview.

 

● Error code: 5 occurs intermittently while receiving loot and the connection to the game is terminated (Added on 7/24)
* You will be able to receive rewards normally, and we are currently reviewing this error.

 

● Issue with Google Play Games BETA where tapping the title screen continuously will result in a security alert followed by access restriction. (Added on 7/28)
* Delete and reinstall the game to fix this issue. This will be addressed in future updates.
* Until this issue is fixed, we ask you to avoid tapping the title screen continuously. 

 

● Issue where the Data Verification screen is stuck at 0% when accessing the game. (Added on 8/30 14:25)

* The game data is being downloaded normally. After the download is complete, data verification will proceed sequentially. Please wait a few moments for the verification to be completed.

 

 


 

◆ Fixed Issues

 

● Issue where the Boss [Flame User] Yihwa Yeon's Passive Skill 'Undying Flame' immunity effect is not applied to all debuffs in the Event Boss Battle. (Fixed on 11/17)
* In order to ensure that all Regulars can play under the same conditions, the event boss Yihwa Yeon's passive skill description will be modified to match the current standards without correcting the above issue.
* More details will be provided through a future notice.

 

● Issue where certain product's names are not displayed correctly. (Fixed on 11/02)
* Only the product name is displayed incorrectly, and you can purchase the pack normally. 

 

● Issue where the event item ‘Key’ is not obtained through Loot. (Fixed on 11/01)

 

● Issue where two [Yellow Feathers] Gyetang are displayed in the Arena Simulation Teammate List. (Fixed on 10/18)

 

● Issue where the notification red dot is displayed in the Mock Battle Facility even though there is no content available. (Fixed on 10/18)

 

● Issue where the Equipment Tutorial is not displayed occasionally when entering Adventure Stage 3-2 for the first time. (Fixed on 10/18)
* This issue will be fixed in the 10/18 (Wed) Update.

* Until the issue is fixed, you can play stage 3-2 normally using the method below.
① Reconnect to the game.
② Go to any content where you can set your team such as a Mock Battle facility, Trial Area, or Arena, and long press/hold '[Red Rose] Ha Yuri' portrait image to open the detailed information screen.
* If the above method does not work, submit an [1:1 Inquiry] through our Customer Support and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

 

● Issue where the reward UI is displayed as one level higher than the reward indicated in the 'Ranking Reward' table when achieving a decimal % rank (top X.XX%) in the Unofficial Practice Area. (Fixed on 10/18)
(Example: When ranked in the top 3.5%, the reward UI shows 3% instead of 4%)
* Only the ‘My Ranking Reward’ UI indication is displayed differently from the actual reward, the reward will be distributed normally based on the ‘Ranking Reward’.
* This issue will be fixed in the 10/18 (Wed) Update.

 

● Issue where damage does not accumulate occasionally during battle in Underground Laboratory and Boss Battle (Fixed on 10/4)

* We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will prepare compensation to give to our Regulars through a separate notice.

 

● Issue where players who have deleted their accounts cannot be kicked from the Alliance or removed from the Friend List occasionally (Fixed on 10/4)

* We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you’d like to kick Alliance members, submit a [1:1 Inquiry] through our Customer Support and we will provide further assistance. 

 

● Issue where the damage is displayed as 2,147,483,647 in the Underground Laboratory and Boss Battle (Fixed on 10/4)
* The accumulated damage is displayed as 2,147,483,647, but will be reflected properly in the Rankings based on the Max damage.
* We will do our best to fix this issue as quickly as possible.

 

● Issue where the Underground Laboratory > [Data] Urek Mazino skill Major Boss Info being displayed as Korean. (Fixed on 9/1)
 

● Issue where acquiring memory fragments is unattainable in Story Mode under certain circumstances. (Fixed on 9/1)

 

● Issue where the Underground Laboratory [Rankings] pop-up, the maximum damage value for advancing to a higher rank was not displayed correctly. (Fixed on 8/30)

 

● Issue where the red dot icon does not disappear in the Lobby > Story Mode icon (Fixed on 8/30)

● An issue with the displayed DMG in the Underground Laboratory is currently under investigation. We will update our Regulars through this notice once the investigation is complete. (Fixed on 8/30)

 

● Issue where the allies’ barriers are also removed when using [Data] Zahard’s Special Move. (Fixed on 8/30)
* This issue will be fixed in the 8/30 Update. 

 

●Increases the maximum quantity of Vacation Event currency (Conch, Squid, Red Snapper) a Regular can own from 99,999 to 999,999. (Fixed on 8/22)

* This will be improved through a patch on 8/22. Please note that the patch schedule may be subject to change.
* If you have received the event items through your mailbox after the maximum quantity allowed, the items will be available after the patch. 

 

●Issue where the text on the top banner in the [Special] > [Super Rookie] tab of the Shop is displayed in white, causing poor readability.  (Fixed on 8/17)

 

●Fixes the issue where the Required Currency for Cheer is incorrectly displayed as Arena Coins in the High Ranker Arena Cheer record pop-up.  (Fixed on 8/17)

 

●Issue where values of Coins are displayed incorrectly In the High-Ranker Arena Cheer failure records. (Fixed on 8/17)

● Issue where [Godfather] Lurker Kim special move voices are being played one more time after the battle cutscene ends. (Fixed on 8/17)

 

● Issue where after claiming Memory Fragment Collection rewards in the Story Mode, the Receive Reward button resets in particular circumstances. (Fixed on 8/3)
* If the rewards have already been claimed, the Story Mode can be used normally. This will be addressed through a future update.

 

● Issue where the Friend Support count is not being reduced properly in certain circumstances on Adventure Floor 16. (Fixed on 8/3)

* Through today's server patch, you cannot apply for a friend to the  2nd slot of the multi-deck, and you must place all 5 of your colleagues to play
* A notice pop-up will be displayed if you receive support from a friend or if you do not fill all of your teammates in the multi-deck 2nd slot.
* Place the support friend in the '1st' slot and use it, and it will be corrected through a later update.

 

Issue where no information is displayed regarding when activating slots in the Growth > Tri-Essence Facility, the Core Stats information doesn’t appear in the Additional Stat Boost list even if the same Stat was duplicated. (Fixed on 8/3)
* Information will be added through a patch. More details will be provided separately through a patch notice. 
* It took time to update the translations, so we first applied the Korean explanation, and in the case of other languages, we plan to apply the explanation sequentially.

* We apologize for the lack of content details for the Tri-Essence Facility. Regulars who wish to reset Tri-Essence Facility, the Core Stats Growth, submit an [1:1 Inquiry] through customer service within 14 days from when the issue was fixed. 

 

● Translation Issue where the HP percentage of [Knight] Cheonhwa Hong’s Passive skill is displayed incorrectly as 1% instead of 10% (Fixed on 8/3)
* The skill description in korean has no issues, the mistake was made during translation.
* The description will be fixed through a patch. More details will be provided through a separate notice. 

* We apologize for the translation error.  Regulars who wish to reset [Knight] Cheonhwa Hong’s Growth, submit an [1:1 Inquiry] through customer service within 14 days from when the issue was fixed. 

 

● Issue where when creating a new Alliance after leaving or dissolving a previous one, the progress shown when entering the Alliance Expedition [Search Phase] remains the same as with the previous Alliance. (Fixed on 08/16) 
* The information in the [Search Phase]’s map will display the current Alliance information after restarting the game. 

 

● Issue where after leaving an Alliance and joining a new one, the remaining Search Attempts are not displayed correctly when entering the Alliance Expedition Event with the new Alliance.(Fixed on 08/16) 
* When entering the search map, the Search Attempts used in the previous Alliance will be deducted and the remaining attempts will be displayed normally.

 

● Issue where the Search Attempts used while in an Alliance you withdrew from are still displayed in the Alliance members list under the ‘This Season’ attempts. (Fixed on 08/16) 
* The ‘’This Season’ attempts will be displayed correctly on the next day.

 

● Issue where the Regular Points given after the end of the Regular Arena season was incorrectly indicated in the guide (Fixed on 08/16) 
* If you earned more than 2,000 points in the previous season, you will receive 2,000 points in the new season.
*The incorrect information will be corrected through a future update.

 

● After changing the stats in the Tri-Essence Facility and restoring them to the previous stats using the 'Stat Restoration Ticket' when returning to view the restored stats on the essence screen, the stats are shown as the stats before the restoration(Fixed on 08/16) 
*The actual applied stats is the restored stats.

● Issue where the combat power indication is different before and after the purchase of  E / D / C / C+ Equipment items in the Workshop Store. (Fixed on 08/16) 
* This issue is with the notation of the Combat Power. The Equipment items are reflected to the character's combat power normally. 

 

● Issue where the Teammate’s image in the Codex is occasionally duplicated. (Fixed on 08/16) 
* This issue will be addressed through a future update.

 

● Issue where the total damage is occasionally displayed incorrectly in the ‘Battle Results’ screen in the Mock Battle Facility and Alliance Expedition (Boss Phase).
(In this issue, after the NPC is created, once he is removed when the battle duration time or the reuse period ends, the remaining HP is included as attack damage and reflected in the amount of damage dealt in the battle results). (Fixed on 08/16) 
* This issue will be addressed through a future update.

 

● The High Ranker Arena and Ranker Arena in-game pop-up guides incorrectly listed the top 10 players by Ranker Points per server as eligible to participate in High Ranker Arena. (Fixed on 08/16) 
* High Ranker Arena will feature the top 20 players by Ranker Points.
