This is Monkey from S8. Many of you may know me already from my tierlist, but for those that do not, I have been playing since global launch. For pvp I currently have the most High Ranker Arena points in the game, and for adventure I am on floor 64 but will push to floor 70 when I have time. Today I will be sharing some adventure team compositions/tips for the later floors. Please note that the image is a meme deficit. I push a 90-110 level, 150-200 accuracy deficit on average (~20% hit rate). Due to forum formatting issues, I will be writing out the compositions instead of attaching screenshots. Overlevelled units will be denoted with a "(c)". There will also be tips vs specific annoying units.
VS MONO YELLOW, MONO PURPLE, MIXED YELLOW/PURPLE
These are the easiest teams to fight against, and you will always want to use your weakest teams against them. For most people, this will be your purple team. The go-to comp for this is
Hoaquin(c)-Gustang-Karaka-Endorsi-Khun Aguero.
Hoaquin and Gustang should be placed on the side where the enemy units have the most threat. Endorsi can be subbed out for Kiseia at times. Switch to Gustang carry if your Hoaquin cannot stay alive.
VS EVAN
Assassinate him - options are endless (Michael, Blarode, Miseng etc)
VS DUREK
If he ults before your Khun/Karaka can cc, you can use Miseng to stun
VS HOAQUIN
If your purple team cannot beat him, you might want to run an Evankhell team. Can save Viole vs green. Miseng is another option.
VS MONO GREEN, MIXED GREEN RED, MIXED GREEN YELLOW, MIXED GREEN PURPLE
One of the easier teams to face. Standard composition is
Hwaryun-Xiaxia-Evankhell(c)-Viole-Yellowy
Should have no problem if your Evankhell is res build. Needs Runda to help survive.
VS REN
Use Michael
VS Ryuri
Use Vicente
VS Zahard
You might run into problems vs him if your Evankhell is pierce build like me. Switch to Viole carry and sub in Ren or another tank for a support. Basically you whittle him down and then your tank finishes the job after he kills your Viole and Evankhell.
VS MONO RED, MIXED BLUE RED, MIXED RED YELLOW, MIXED RED PURPLE
Another fairly easy team to face. Standard composition is
Blanc-Lero-Escanor-Urek-Elizabeth(c)
VS MICHAEL
Change formation so that he is across from a melee unit
VS VICENTE
Change Elizabeth to Meliodas, or use Urek carry
VS HANSUNG
Annoying because he kills your Escanor. Use Blarode or Michael or place melee units across from him
VS VIOLE
Rarely a problem but can use Blarode, Hansung is more of a threat
VS EVANKHELL
Use Dmasch instead of Urek if your Urek is pierce build
VS ACCURACY DEFICIT
Apple, Leeron
VS MONO BLUE, MIXED BLUE GREEN, MIXED BLUE YELLOW, MIXED BLUE PURPLE
The hardest team to fight because of Blanc and Urek. Standard composition is
Ren-Lozeal-Zahard-Ryuri(c)-Cendorsi
However heavily depends on enemy units.
VS MIXED GREEN BLUE WITH ZAHARD
Same green team above, but replace Cendorsi with Viole. Alternatively use Evan-Yeon(c)-Bam-Shibisu-Cendorsi.
VS BLANC
Assasinate with Blarode
VS HORYANG
Assasinate with Miseng
VS UREK
The most problematic unit. Green team beats him but the real problem on Multi Urek stages. God forbid you run into a 4 Urek stage, here are the cores I would run.
VS MULTI UREK
Ren(c)-Miseng-x-x-x. Miseng to kill. Ren to survive suicide burst and clean up
Evan-Gustang-Bam-Yeon(c)-Shibisu. All 4 supports to help Yeon survive and buff Yeon.
Cendorsi(c)-Zahard-x-x-x. Similar concept to Ren Miseng. Cendorsi kills urek, Zahard and Cendorsi revive to clean up
Ryuri(c)-Hwaryun-x-x-x Rng and manipulate formation/kill enemies until he walks into your ult release, since he is immune to cc. Hwaryun energy buff gives you 2 chances
