If you still don't know what to do, you can talk to Sage in a Barrel and ask for a hint by clicking the 'Gather Info.'

Tips: The HIA Commemorative Coins are fixed but their spawn order is random! In other words, you will have a different order than in the guide below. In each timeframe, after talking to the NPC who gives out Commemorative Coins, teleport to another map (outside of Blazewood) and teleport back into the construction site to refresh the HIA event. This way, you can collect all the coins in the same timeframe.

HIA Commemorative Coin - Blazewood (#1)
In the morning, teleport to Officer Mewmew and turn around to see two guys near the motorbike. Talk to them and you will get the first coin.
HIA Commemorative Coin - Blazewood (#2 - #3)
In the morning, teleport to Sage in a Barrel and walk forward a little bit to find two NPCs near the 'fake' 141 Convenience Store.
Once you talk to those 2, teleport to Officer Mewmew and interact with Leigh to get 2 coins.

HIA Commemorative Coin - Blazewood (#4 - #5)
In the afternoon, teleport to Officer Mewmew and go to the house on top of the lil' platform to find a small kid crying.
After talking to the crying one, turn around and go down to find another boy. Interact with him to get the next coin.

HIA Commemorative Coin - Blazewood (#6 - #7)
In the evening, teleport to Cheesetopia and go inside the patio in front of you. There's a girl NPC in front of the door.
Once you talk to her, get off the patio and talk to the old man in front of the building to get the HIA Commemorative Coin - Blazewood.
HIA Commemorative Coin - Blazewood (#8 - #9)
Attention! This one is pretty special because you can't get the coin unless you complete the previous commission first. In the evening, teleport to the Lower Level and turn around to see Bolter. Talk to him to start the quest. It's very easy; just go to the other side of the Lower Level the little boy- Shawn.
Talk to Shawn and then go back to Bolter. Once the commission is done, teleport to another location before teleporting back to Cheestopia in Blazewood.
At the Cheesetopia, you can now see Bolter in front of the building. Talk to him first to get the next instruction.
Finally, teleport to the Lower Level and talk to Lola at the end of the road. She will give you the HIA Commemorative Coin - Blazewood.

At midnight, teleport to Sage in a Barrel and look to your left for another NPC that will give out the coin.
