Keep in mind that I started searching for all the medals after completing the Story Commission (Chapter 1). If there are any NPC or Bangboo that didn't appear like in my guide, complete the Story Commission first and make sure the time of the day is correct (Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Midnight).

1) Keen Senses Medal
Find all the lost cargo trucks on Sixth Street. There are a total of 6 cargo trucks and you can see the locations for all of them in a separate guide I've already made here: All Lost Cargo Trucks on Sixth Street.
2) Kind Helper Medal I
Complete the mission "The Ridu Tour - Part 1" to earn this medal. In the morning, talk to Serene beside the Noodle Shop. All you have to do is take a picture of the Noodle Shop and this commission will be completed.
3) Kind Helper Medal II
Complete the mission "The Ridu Tour - Part 2" to earn this medal. This is the continuation of the previous mission. Same place same time, and even the same picture to complete the mission.
4) Kind Helper Medal III
Complete the mission "5th Work Anniversary Photo" to earn this medal. This mission is available to me after reaching IK 29 and after completing the Nekomata Agent story. In the morning, talk to the trio Bangboo in the Convenience Store.
5) Kind Helper Medal IV
Complete the "King of Street Soccer - Part 1" to earn this medal. You can find this quest in the morning at the alley between the Godfinger Arcade and the Newsstand. Interact with Coach Explorey and Player Rocketz Bangboos and play with them.
6) Kind Helper Medal V
Complete the "King of Street Soccer - Part 2" to earn this medal. Wait until the next day in-game and you can find the continuation of the two soccer Bangboo beside the Gadget Store (also in the morning).
7) Kind Helper Medal VI
Complete the mission Fluffy Trouble to earn this medal. In the afternoon, teleport to Noodle Shop and enter the pathway between the Coffee Shop and the Noodle Shop to find two high-school students. Talk to them to start the mission.
After that, wait until evening before you can continue with the mission. Just teleport to Sage in a Barrel to reach Scarlett's location.
8) Chivalrous Spirit Medal I
Some citizens reported seeing a teary-eyed little guy near the Street Exit in the afternoon.
In the afternoon, teleport to the Noodle Shop, go to the pathway on the right side of the shop, and keep waking until the end to see a Thesis Bangboo.
9) Chivalrous Spirit Medal II
A witness claimed to have seen a white specter near the newsstand late at night…
At midnight, talk to both Sita and Gerant for one coin behind the Newsstand. After that, teleport to another map (outside Sixth Street) and teleport back to this location. Gerant should be near Sita and a One-Dennyboo is also near the Newsstand.
If the Bangboo is not there, wait until the next midnight (in-game, not server reset) and go to the Newsstand again. Do this until you see it.
10) Chivalrous Spirit Medal III
A citizen complained about narrowly avoiding tripping over a moving paper bag near the remodeling shop in the morning.
In the morning, teleport to the Remodeling Shop and you can see a Muahaha Bangboo (what a cute name) and just talk to it to complete the commission.
11) Chivalrous Spirit Medal IV
Are there any activities near 404 Error live house? There have been sightings of two Bangboo muttering something at night.
In the evening, teleport to the Gadget Store and interact with the 2 Bangboos in front of the store to complete the commission and get this medal. Yeah, that's it.
12) Timely Assistance Medal I
When you first interact with Officier Mewmew, it will ask you to find and repair a Wild Bangboo just behind the Newsstand. After completing that first one, you will get this medal.
13) Timely Assistance Medal II
"Hey, come here! I saw a Bangboo fighting a cat near 141 Convenience Store in the morning!"
In the morning, teleport to the Convenience Store and go beside the store to find a Poor Bangboo. If you didn't find it, try again the next day (the next day in-game, not the next day of the server reset). Repair the Bangboo like in the image above and you can get your medal.
14) Timely Assistance Medal III
Some citizens reported a disturbed "cardboard" near the street exit in the afternoon.
In the afternoon, teleport to the Noodle Shop and enter the pathway on the right side of the shop. You can see a Bangboo near the green ladder.
15) Timely Assistance Medal IV
The owner of Waterfall Soup is advised to keep their doors closed at night due to rumors of a suspicious shadow lurking about.
In the evening, teleport to the Noodle Shop and go to the side of the shop to find a Treasure Hunt Bangboo. Help fix it to get a medal.
16) Silver Talent Seeker Medal
You need to find half of Commemorative Coins in this region to earn this medal. You can look at the guide here for the locations of all Commemorative Coins.

1) Kind Helper Medal VII
Complete the mission Fluffy Misunderstandings to earn this medal (Make sure to complete mission Fluffy Trouble first). In the afternoon, teleport to the Convenience Store and go to the side of the store to find Scarlett near the vending machine. After talking to her, go to the Sage in a Barrel and talk to Parker.
Wait until evening and go back to Sage in a Barrel to talk to both Scarlett and Parker.
2) Kind Helper Medal VII
Complete the mission Fluffy Expectations to earn this medal. This is the continuation of the previous Fluffy Misunderstandings mission. You can meet them in the afternoon near Sage in a Barrel.
After talking to the duo, wait until evening and go to your parking lot to complete the commission.
3) Kind Helper Medal IX
Complete the mission New Fluffy Friend to earn this medal. This is the continuation of the previous Fluffy Expectations mission. You can meet the duo near the Sage in a Barrel in the afternoon.
4) Kind Helper Medal X
Complete the mission The Farthest Distance - Part 1 to earn this medal. In the evening, teleport to the Arcade Store and meet Noren (in between the Arcade Store and Convenience Store) to start the mission. The quest itself is easy so you can just follow the navigation until the end.
Note: I got this mission extremely late. After completing all Story Mission and reaching Inter-Knot Level 37. Only after that did Noren appear in this place.
5) Kind Helper Medal XI
Complete the mission The Farthest Distance - Part 2 to earn this medal. In the morning, talk to Noren at the same location as the previous part (in between the Arcade Store and Convenience Store) to start the mission.
6) Kind Helper Medal XII
Complete the mission Sixth Street Case - Part 1 to earn this medal. At midnight, talk to General Chop at the Noodle Shop to start the quest. Just follow the navigation to complete this mission.
Note: This quest is only available to me after reaching Interknot Level 41.
7) Kind Helper Medal XIII
Complete the mission Sixth Street Case - Part 2 to earn this medal. At midnight, talk to Gerant between the Arcade and Convenience Store to start the quest. Just follow the navigation to complete this mission.
Note: This quest is only available to me after reaching Interknot Level 43.
8) Kind Helper Medal XIV
Complete the mission Grand Gourmet's Challenge to earn this medal. In the morning /evening , teleport to the Noodle Shop and talk to General Chop. After that, continue following the navigation where you need to interact with 4 people to help in the eating contest.
9) Kind Helper Medal XV
Complete the mission An Unexpected Visitor to earn this medal. At midnight, teleport to the Random Play rental store and talk to Charlotte to start the commission. Then, you can follow the navigation to talk to 3 suspicious persons. Lastly, you need to interact with the Strange Old Man in the rental store to complete the mission.
Note: This mission is available to me only after reaching Inter-Knot Level 35.
10) Kind Helper Medal XVI
Complete the mission Looking for a Warm Home to earn this medal. In the morning, teleport to Coff Cafe and talk to Hannah to start the mission. She will ask you to take a picture of a trash can.
11) Chivalrous Spirit Medal V
A snippet of neighborhood chit-chat: Late night, there is some arguing coming form the alley.
In the midnight, teleport to Officer Mewmew and walk ahead to the Plumberboo and Programboo. Just talk to them and you will complete the commission.
12) Chivalrous Spirit Medal VI
"I want to report! It's pretty clear that Bangboo are not allowed near the metal fence, but I still saw a little one hiding there in broad daylight!
In the morning, teleport to Enzo's Remodeling Shop and walk to the fence in front of his shop. You can go around the green fence to see this small hidden path where the Bangboo is hiding.
This one seems to be locked behind something; possibly locked behind the Inter-Knot level or the progress of your Story Commission.
In my case, this Bangboo only appears to me after Inter-Knot Level 30 (just a few EXP before entering Level 31) and I've unlocked the Agent DM system.
13) Timely Assistance Medal V
Some citizens reported seeing a mascot that attracts wealth on their way to the parking lot.
In the afternoon (apparently some people get this Bangboo at midnight), teleport to the Gadget Store and look at the parking lot in front of the store. There's a Bangboo lying against the compartment.
This one seems to be locked behind something; possibly locked behind the Inter-Knot level or the progress of your Story Commission.
In my case, this Bangboo only appears to me after encountering this exact same Bangboo (One-Dennyboo) in Lumina Square from Chivalrous Spirit Medal I.
14) Timely Assistance Medal VI
"Um… I work for Ellie. There's been a sneaky little one guarding the vending machine every afternoon for the last couple of days. I can't even restock now."
In the afternoon, teleport to the Convenience Store and go to the side of the store to a Stickfingerboo beside an Automatic Vending Machine.
15) Timely Assistance Medal VII
The owner of Waterfall Soup is advised to keep their doors closed at night due to rumors of a suspicious shadow lurking about. In the evening, teleport to the Noodle Shop and go to the alley between the Noodle Shop and the Coffee Shop to find Laboorinth.
16) Gold Talent Seeker Medal
