First, we’d like to thank our Regulars for all the love and support shown so far for Tower of God: New World.

Also, we would like to apologize to the Regulars who have experienced any inconvenience while playing the game due to various bugs.

 

After today, we will continue to check for inconveniences and improve them quickly.  We will do our best to provide a pleasant environment for our Regulars.

 

Regarding the inconvenience due to lack of prior guidance, we are also preparing compensation as an apology for the discomfort caused to our Regulars.
 
✅ Compensation for all in-game inconveniences
- All Regulars who created accounts before the 08/03 (Thu) Update maintenance will receive the following rewards.

Details regarding the 08/03(Thu) Update Maintenance Corrective

 

1. Regarding [Pink Knit Sweater] Goseng Yeo Exclusive Equipment Skill 
Fixed the missing Equipment Skill Time Description for R Grade[Pink Knit Sweater] Goseng Yeo.
 
[Exclusive Equipment Skill Lv 1]
- Before : Goseng increases the ATK SPD of the ally with the highest AATK by 10% at the start of the battle.
- After : Goseng increases the ATK SPD of the ally with the highest ATK by 10% for 10s at the start of the battle.
*Additionally [Pink Knit Sweater] Goseng Yeo’s Passive skill [Full Support] will only be activated for 10s during Exclusive Equipment Skill Lv 2 - 4.
 

The actual applied effect does not change, but the information details were fixed.

 

The omission of the skill description confused the Regular while leveling up [Pink Knit Sweater] Goseng Yeo. As a result, we would like to offer further guidance if you want to reset your Teammate to their pre-growth state after the skill description for the Exclusive Equipment Skill has been corrected.

 

Regulars who wish to reset [Pink Knit Sweater] Goseng Yeo’s Growth, submit an [1:1 Inquiry] through customer service within 14 days from when the issue was fixed.

As this is a game that provides entertainment through deck strategy by arranging Teammates
we will not take this issue lightly.
 
Moving forward, we would like to help you as much as possible so that there is no inconvenience or loss for changes or corrections related to Teammates
 
Additionally, we plan to conduct a full inspection of the descriptions of Teammates to prevent the same error from occurring, and if there are any changes related to Teammates we will provide clear information on details and compensation.

 


2. Friends Support Count Issue

On 08/01(Tue) a server patch took place to fix the issue where the number of support friends was not deducted. 
In addition, we investigated cases where the adventure was cleared using this bug, and the following measures were taken for cases where weekly support friends were able to be used more than 3 times. Changed the adventure stage to the previous adventure stage by the number of times cleared by using Support Friends more than 3 times a week.

3) Ranker Arena Issue

We came to the conclusion that it would be difficult to proceed with the Ranker Arena fairly due to the issue where the results (Victory/Defeat) were not being applied correctly in certain circumstances after using the [Enter Battle] button to play the regular Ranker Arena.

 

Because of that, after fixing the issue, to make sure that the Ranker Arena will be conducted normally, we restarted the current Season.

 

The Ranker Arena should be fair and enjoyable, yet we caused our Regulars many inconveniences, and didn’t provide enough information.

 

As a token of our apology, we prepared the following compensation for the restart of the season, and to the Regulars who purchased and used Ranker Arena Tickets in the previous season.

 

We will keep working hard to make sure no issues affect our Regular’s experience.

 

✅ Ranker Arena Participants Compensation
- All Regulars who have a history of entering the Ranker Arena and setting up a Defense Formation before the 08/03 (Thu) Update maintenance will receive the following compensation.
