First, we apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused by the way we handled the accidental pre-release of certain Hot Deal Products.

 

Originally, we had planned to launch these products in conjunction with the opening of Revolution Tier 6 for SSR+ Grade Teammates. The codes pre-registered for inspection and review were accidentally activated with the 5/22 update. 

 

After reviewing the timeline, we confirmed that the 5/22 regular maintenance was completed by 12:30 PM (UTC+9). We became aware of the issue around 1:52 PM (UTC+9) and took corrective measures by 2:51 PM (UTC+9) to ensure that the Hot Deal products were no longer displayed. Consequently, the products were visible for approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. Given the requirement to reach a specific Limit Break Tier to purchase these products and their relatively short display period, we decided it was appropriate to conclude their availability.

 

After identifying the issue, we conducted a thorough investigation. As previously announced, the total number of purchasers was 54. The detailed number of Regulars who purchased each type and quantity of Bundle is as follows.

At the time the issue arose, we should have provided equal opportunities for all Regulars to purchase based on fairness or taken measures such as retrieving/refunding the erroneously displayed products. We regret the oversight and assure you that we will thoroughly review from various perspectives to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

 

Starting today, we will also allow our Regulars to purchase 10 Hot Deal products through the Shop > Special tab until the end of the Revolution Room season. We have conducted a thorough log investigation to ensure that those who previously purchased Hot Deal products do not receive duplicate benefits. For those with a purchase history for each Bundle, we have marked their purchase as complete to prevent any additional gains.

 

Next, we will discuss the details regarding Physical/Magic Resistance matter:

 

The basic system mechanism ensures that if Physical/Magic Resistance exceeds 100, only a minimum adjustment of 1% damage is applied. This design aims to emphasize the different roles of Teammates while on Adventures, which will encourage the participation of Healers/Tanks, rather than just increasing the DPS of casters.

 

However, we identified situations where certain Resistance values were not included in the adjustment threshold, resulting in unintended instances where only 1 damage was applied. To address this, adjustments have been made to ensure these Resistance values are included in the adjustment threshold. Since this primarily involved bug fixes, we acknowledge that detailed guidance was inadvertently omitted.

We confirmed that the bug fix was implemented on May 22nd. When it comes to how Resistance works, which some have expressed concerns about, if you have exceeded 100% Resistance, the additional Resistance over 100% does not cancel out but applies relative to the enemy's Resistance Decrease stat.

EX) If in a state where Physical Resistance is 130% and affected by an enemy's 40% Physical Resistance Decrease skill effect --> the final resistance will be applied as 90%.

 

Therefore, we would like to remind you that your investment remains worthwhile, and we will strive to provide more detailed and specific notifications regarding bug fixes when drafting our announcements.

 

Regarding other suggestions and the preparation of the June Dev Note, we are currently preparing responses for the suggestions board and the June Dev Note. We believe that it is appropriate to prioritize individual communications regarding the current situation, which has prompted us to prepare an urgent Dev Note.
