- After verifying that your account matches your participation nickname, rewards will be provided to the character’s Mailbox.
- Event rewards can be collected through [Mailbox > Notices], and the rewards you received can be checked in the [Bag].
- Event rewards will be distributed sequentially after the reward distribution schedule announcement.
- Rewards will be stored for 7 days after delivery. no re-distribution will be arranged for unclaimed rewards after this 7 day period.
- If you did not participate through the [Event Survey] during the event period, you won’t be eligible to receive rewards.
- If we cannot verify information such as the shared account and post in the URL link, or if the event participation conditions are not met, rewards will not be distributed.
- If it is difficult to confirm the content of the shared post due to reasons, such as deletion of the post, setting the viewing permissions to private prior to the announcement of the winners, or if your in-game account cannot be confirmed, rewards will not be given.
