* Reward Selection Chest A x 1 will be granted if you have only answered multiple-choice questions. For those who have answered all survey questions, including short answer (Open-ended) questions, a total of two Reward Selection Chests A will be awarded.
* Numerous Regulars have taken the time to respond to the open-ended questions. Among the detailed responses, we've noticed that some Regulars provided feedback stating “None”, for certain questions since they didn't identify any specific areas needing improvement at the time of the survey. Therefore, we have also decided to reward those who provided complete answers to at least three of the five short-answer questions.
* You can track your participation in the multiple-choice questions by reviewing the completed survey records in the forum.
✅ Reward Distribution Schedule
- Sequential distribution beginning after 4/22 (Distributed on 4/22 16:01)
✅ Notes
- After verifying that your account matches your participation nickname, rewards will be provided to the character’s Mailbox.
- Rewards will be sent to the [Mailbox > Notices], and once claimed, you can check the items in your [Bag].
- Event rewards will be distributed sequentially after the reward distribution schedule announcement.
- Rewards will be stored for 7 days from the time of distribution, and unclaimed rewards that expire after this period will not be redistributed.
* Inappropriate content such as unrelated or offensive remarks in the survey may result in exclusion from eligibility.
* Comments/suggestions provided in the survey may be used in future official broadcasts.
