Basic Attack - E—Excuse Me, Please!

Deals Ice DMG equal to 50-130% of Misha's ATK to a single target enemy.


Skill - R—Room Service

Increases the Hits Per Action for Misha's next Ultimate by 1 hit(s). Deals Ice DMG equal to 100-250% of Misha's ATK to a single target enemy, and Ice DMG equal to 40-100% of Misha's ATK to adjacent targets.


Ultimate - G—Gonna Be Late!

Has 3 Hits Per Action by default. First, uses 1 hit to deal Ice DMG equal to 36-72% of Misha's ATK to a single target enemy. Then, the rest of the hits each deals Ice DMG equal to 36-72% of Misha's ATK to a single random enemy. Just before each hit lands, there is a 12-24% base chance to Freeze the target, lasting for 1 turn.
While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take any actions, and at the start of their turn, they receive Additional Ice DMG equal to 18-36% of Misha's ATK.
This Ultimate can possess up to 10 Hits Per Action. After the Ultimate is used, its Hits Per Action will be reset to the default level.


Talent - Horological Escapement

Whenever any ally consumes 1 Skill Point, Misha's next Ultimate delivers 1 more Hit(s) Per Action and Misha regenerates 1-2.5 Energy.


Technique - Wait, You Are So Beautiful

After using the Technique, creates a dimension that lasts for 15 seconds. Enemies caught in the dimension are inflicted with Dream Prison and stop all their actions. Upon entering battle against enemies afflicted with Dream Prison, increases the Hits Per Action for Misha's next Ultimate by 2 hit(s). Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.


Ascension 2 - Release

Before the Ultimate's first hit lands, increases the base chance of Freezing the target by 80%.


Ascension 4 - Interlock

When using the Ultimate, increases the Effect Hit Rate by 60%, lasting until the end of the Ultimate's current action.


Ascension 6 - Transmission

When dealing DMG to Frozen enemies, increases CRIT DMG by 30%.


TLDR

Unlike most of other Destruction characters, Misha does not have any kits that can heal himself so make sure to bring a healer if he's the main DPS in the team. In fact, all of his kits are for attacking enemies.

His main damage output is his Ultimate, and the more Hits Per Action Misha has, the higher the damage he can dish out. How to get Hits Per Action for Misha? Here are all the methods:

Now regarding his Ultimate, you need to know that only the first hit will attack a single target enemy that you choose. The remaining hits will hit a single random enemy. This is the reason why Misha works better with a single target battle rather than AoE scenario, since you can't aim at who to attack with his Ultimate except for the first hit.

Whenever the wearer attacks, their ATK is increased by 8~16% in this battle, up to 4 time(s). When the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on enemies, the wearer's DMG increases by 12~24% for 2 turn(s).

When the wearer uses Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate to attack enemies, the wearer gains one stack of Mischievous. Each stack increases the wearer's ATK by 12~24%.

3) Brighter Than the Sun

Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 18~30%. When the wearer uses their Basic ATK, they will gain 1 stack of Dragon's Call, lasting for 2 turns. Each Stack of Dragon's Call increases the wearer's ATK by 18~30% and Energy Regeneration Rate by 6.0~10.0%. Dragon's Call may be stacked up to 2 times.

4) Indelible Promise

Increases the wearer’s Break Effect by 28~56%. When the wearer uses their Ultimate, increases their CRIT Rate by 15~30%, lasting for 2 turns.

5) Something Irreplaceable

Increases the wearer's ATK by 24~40%. When the wearer defeats an enemy or is hit, immediately restores HP equal to 8~12% of the wearer's ATK. At the same time, the wearer's DMG is increased by 24~40% until the end of their next turn. This effect cannot stack and can only trigger 1 time per turn.
