Honkai: Star Rail March 7th Character Guide

Introduction

One of the first characters you will encounter and obtain for free from the Trailblaze Mission. She specializes in creating a shield for a single ally that gives them a higher chance to be attacked by enemies - which is great for DPS that wants to be attacked by opponents as much as possible *cough* Clara & Blade *cough*.

Skills Overview

Basic Attack - Frigid Cold Arrow

Deals Ice DMG equal to 50%–110% of March 7th's ATK to a single enemy.

Skill - The Power of Cuteness

Provides a single ally with a Shield that can absorb DMG equal to 38%–60.8% of March 7th's DEF plus 190–845.5 for 3 turn(s).
If the ally's current HP percentage is 30% or higher, greatly increases the chance of enemies attacking that ally.

Ultimate - Glacial Cascade

Deals Ice DMG equal to 90%–162% of March 7th's ATK to all enemies. Hit enemies have a 50% base chance to be Frozen for 1 turn(s).
While Frozen, enemies cannot take action and will receive Additional Ice DMG equal to 30%–66% of March 7th's ATK at the beginning of each turn.

Talent - Girl Power

After a Shielded ally is attacked by an enemy, March 7th immediately Counters, dealing Ice DMG equal to 50%–110% of her ATK. This effect can be triggered 2 time(s) each turn.

Technique - Freezing Beauty

Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, there is a 100% base chance to Freeze a random enemy for 1 turn(s).
While Frozen, the enemy cannot take action and will take Additional Ice DMG equal to 50% of March 7th's ATK at the beginning of each turn."

Ascension 2 - Purify

Skill removes 1 debuff from an ally.

Ascension 4 - Reinforce

The duration of the Shield generated from Skill is extended for 1 turn(s).

2) Moment of Victory

Increases the wearer's DEF by 24~40% and Effect Hit Rate by 24~40%. Increases the chance for the wearer to be attacked by enemies. When the wearer is attacked, increase their DEF by an extra 24~40% until the end of the wearer's turn.

3) Day One of My New Life

Increases wearer's DEF by 16~24%. After entering battle, increases All-Type RES of all allies by 8~12%. Effects of the same type cannot stack.

4) Landau's Choice

The wearer is more likely to be attacked, and DMG taken is reduced by 16~24%.

5) Texture of Memories

Increases the wearer's Effect RES by 8~16%. If the wearer is attacked and has no Shield, they gain a Shield equal to 16~32% of their Max HP for 2 turn(s). This effect can only be triggered once every 3 turn(s). If the wearer has a Shield when attacked, the DMG they receive decreases by 12~24%.

6) This Is Me!

Increases the wearer's DEF by 16~32%. Increases the DMG of the wearer when they use their Ultimate by 60~120% of the wearer's DEF. This effect only apply 1 time per enemy target.

7) Trend of the Universal Market

Increases the wearer's DEF by 16~32%. When the wearer is attacked, there is a 100~120% base chance to Burn the enemy. For each turn, the wearer deals DoT that is equal to 40~80% of the wearer's DEF for 2 turn(s).
