We sincerely apologize for the temporary inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension of the B-Rank Idol Helena Costume Pickup Event missions.
It has come to our attention that even though players did not meet the reward conditions, some have claimed rewards or have the claim button activated. To address this issue, we have temporarily suspended the event for investigation.
Upon examination, we found that the issue is not with the costume pickup event missions themselves. Instead, during the early stages of BrownDust2 service, there were instances of account data manipulation in what we refer to as the "Botter". This led to the forced activation of pickup event missions by tampering with account data.
We want to assure you that we have already taken measures during the initial service to ensure that forced activation due to data manipulation does not affect other pickup event missions.
Regarding the sections where B-Rank Idol Helena Costume Pickup Event missions were forcibly completed, we will take the following actions:
Case 1: If the mission was completed differently from the costume enhancement level, allowing rewards to be claimed:
- We will check the enhancement level of the target costume and disable the forcibly completed mission
The current data for the forcibly completed mission will be adjusted to an uncompleted status.
By enhancing B-Rank Idol Helena's costume as required, you can then claim the rewards for meeting the mission conditions.

Case 2: If the mission was completed differently from the costume enhancement level, and rewards were already claimed:
- We will proceed with the retrieval of abnormally obtained rewards. Since the rewards were already used in the game, we plan to retrieve them. Detailed information on the schedule and method of the retrieval process will be provided separately through announcements.
We strongly advise against using accounts obtained through cash transactions, as it may lead to issues such as inability to participate in events or retrieval complications, diminishing the enjoyment of the game.
We will work swiftly to complete the remaining tasks and ensure a seamless gaming experience for all players. We appreciate your understanding.
