Loen is a Magic 
Fire DPS who can nuke the battlefield. She may only have a single costume at the moment, but she hits very hard nonetheless.

Strengths and Weaknesses
＋Loen is a straightforward nuker in a wide AoE, and unlike Liatris, Loen has no condition to her damage.
－A bit expensive to use SP wise.
－Loen only having one costume at the moment means she cannot cast skills every turn.

This costume is pretty much a magic counterpart to Maid Name R Liatris, except this skill is unconditional. To balance it out, she costs 5 SP and it never gets lower. Even though it has no utility, this costume is very strong from sheer force.
Definitely get the range upgrade for this costume, but you'll be needing 2 tears for it since it's locked behind a DMG upgrade.
Key Upgrades: Skill Potential 3, DMG upgrades add up.
Building Loen
Loen will primarily be used in PvE content, so she will be built for optimal damage.
Lost Hope
Exclusive Stat — 45% MATK
Correct Main Stats — MATK + MATK
This weapon is pretty good for Loen's damage. Definitely not necessary however.

As this is Loen's only costume, there is no choice to be made regarding her bonds. These bonds however are cracked because they're all offensive stats.

Loen gets so much CDMG from her bonds and base stats that she needs much more MATK than other magic DPS units. Make sure that she's using double flat MATK on her weapon.
