**[July 6th known issues]**
1. An issue in which the New mark does not disappear from the collection.
2. An issue in which characters get stuck in a particular object
3. An issue in which Season Pass EXP values are not displayed properly.
- It will be displayed properly upon reconnection. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
4. An issue in which Fred in the pub disappears intermittently after the NPC quest starts and only the star UI is exposed (added)
5. An issue in which no rewards are given during the battle, or the event exchange items are given after victory in the battle during the Fred Quest (added)
6. An issue in which the animation that is played during the appearance of ferocious black bear during the Fred Quest hunting ground is displayed awkwardly. (added)
**[June 23 Remaining Issues]**
1. An issue in which the lower left cell is not movable due to being covered by the skill window during battle.
- It has been fixed on mobile devices, but it is currently being fixed on tablets and app players.
- This issue will be fixed in a future update.
2. An issue in which the phrase 'abnormal action during battle...' appears and the app force closes.
- This issue is partly fixed. The message may pop up during the verification process of unauthorized programs. We ask for your understanding.
3. An issue in which the quest with 'Steal' talent of Rigenette does not work properly.
4. An issue in which the error (17011) pops up and not being able to login to the server.
- When the error pop-up appears, automatic login is disabled and you can try to log in again.
We will do our best to fix these issues as soon as possible.
