I will divide the table according to each series. But the numbers will continue from each table so you can check the Table of Content for a specific achievement easily.
Important: This guide will be continuously updated until all achievements are updated with the correct descriptions and images. Update: Completed!

The Rail Unto the Stars

All the achievements in this section can be obtained by completing the new Trailblaze Mission [A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn].

1) Between Pledge and Forgettance

Rules are made to be broken — Make sure to protect your pledges, lest they get stolen.
※ Soothe the Afterecho in Aideen Park in Sunday's POV.

2) Please Don't Call Her Big Sister

It's time to make a big…
※ Help Tingyun recover her form.

3) Apparitional Return

This is not yet the end. Please remain silent for a while longer in smiles.
※ Answer Tingyun's final question as she departs.

4) Speak, Memory

I depart so I can return, and by returning I shall explain my departure.
※ Meet the Xianzhou messenger.

5) Feathers Eternal, Sky Complete

We can cross the night together not because of her brilliance, but because we know each other.
※ Part from Robin in Sunday's POV.

6) A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn

The lost paradise has never been cast behind. It lies ahead.
※ Complete the final farewell in Sunday's POV.

Eager for Battle

7) Farewell, Seven Rest Days

Use ally character Sunday to deal the final blow in a victory against The Great Septimus. Choose the lowest difficulty and make sure Sunday is the last one to attack the boss (to defeat it) or it won't count. If you don't have Sunday, you can also borrow Sunday from friend list.

8) I Killed Myself? (TBA)

Use ally character Fugue to deal the final blow in a victory against Phantylia. Choose the lowest difficulty and make sure Fugue is the last one to attack the boss (to defeat it) or it won't count. If you don't have Fugue, you can also borrow Fugue from friend list.

9) Fly Into the Sky Together

Win 1 battle with a team that includes both Robin and Sunday. If you only have one of them, you can enter Calyx and borrow the missing character from a friend (or stranger).

The Memories We Share

10) Long Day's Journey Into Night

Opt to turn off the light when going to bed to sleep. If you only complete renovate the Bedroom only, there is no option to turn off the light. Try completing the whole event until all areas are finished renovated and try again. Choose the option to lie down on the bed and you can then turn off the light before sleeping.

11) Good Shower!

Use the tub to take a bath for the first time. This achievement is only available once you complete renovating the Bathroom in your room. Choose the top option and you will get this achievement.

12) Bath Buddy

Try 3 different Bath Soak(s) when bathing in the tub. Once you complete renovating the Bathroom, you will get 2 different Bath Soaks. To get the last one, you'll need to complete the whole event and Shush will give you the last Bath Soak.

To try different Bath Soaks, make sure to choose [Select Bath Soak] first and place them in the bath tub. Only after that should you choose the option [Take a bath].

13) Sudden Reflection

View all collections in your room. There are 7 items on the shelf and you need to interact with all of them. The problem is, there is only one prompt which is [Exhibit Display Shelf] and you need to face your character right in front of the collection one-by-one before choosing the Exhibit Display Shelf so it can look at the correct items.

14) Night of Non-Existence

Slumber till the end of time in your nap. This time when sleeping, choose the bottom option and the game will log out by itself. After you get in the game again, you will get this achievement (check the achievement page).

15) Lightbulb Riddle

Turn the light in your room on and off repeatedly until it breaks. The switch can be found near the door. Keep spamming it until you get a black screen notifying you that the light is burnt and you will get this achievement.

16) Cake Home Alone.

Encounter Trash Cake in your room. Interact with the Trash Cake inside your room (if it's not there, complete the renovation first) and pet it to get the achievement.

17) Reliable Old Computer

Fulfill 3 of the Supersmart Virus' final wishes. Interact with your computer in the Gaming Room 3 times (just keep talking to the Virus until the end) and you will get this achievement. The dialogue options at the end doesn't matter. Choose anything and it won't affect the achievement.

18) Betwixt Freezing and Melting

Set the New Regulations on Fridge Usage for the logical use of the fridge. Interact with the Refrigerator in your kitchen and solve all the problems in it. Pretty sure the options doesn't affect the achievement (although I choose all the nice options) as in the end, you need to leave a sticky note there.

Wait until tomorrow (wait for daily server reset as teleporting to other map and going back here doesn't work) and interact with the refrigerator again to get this achievement.

19) Nothing Happens Tonight

Spend an uneventful evening in your room.
※ Complete the event Cosmic Home Décor Guide.

20) Mini Wizard of Oz

Do you get it now? Director Sparkle, Fried Rice Robot, Cake Cat, and Peppy… Those correspond to Dorothy, the Tin Man — Wait, why am I explaining a joke?
※ Encounter all 4 duty helpers in the Cosmic Home Décor Guide event. Just continue doing the Astral Express duty and you will meet all 4 of them.

21) Tides of Time Gone By

Listen to Mr. Yang tell stories of the past. Continue doing the Astral Express duty until you get Welt as the Leader. At the end of the meeting, he will tell you the stories and you can pick one of them before getting this achievement.
※ Becoming a Nameless means you must temporarily bid your familiar life farewell and embark on adventures on unknown worlds.

22) Cold Steel Forging

Do you get it now? My body is forged from steel, which is cold and dry, which is why my jokes are cold and dry. Talk to Shush in the Party Car and choose the option [Tell me some witty jokes]. If the option is not there, try completing the Trailblaze Mission and/or the Cosmic Home Decor Guide event.
※ Listen to Shush tell dry jokes. So funny!

23) I Love My Family

Have any character's work contribution reach 99 in Cosmic Home Décor Guide. Work contribution is the Duty Level aka you need to choose their Action Card continuously until the Duty Level reaches 99.
Note: I got mine during Trailblazer's leadership.

24) Meeting Keep Going!

In Cosmic Home Décor Guide, have Pom-Pom's Score reach 30000 in a single meeting. You can get this achievement just by completing the Cosmic Home Decor Guide event. Read the Meeting Ability of the leader you have and choose the best report bundles to get 30000 points.
Note: I got this achievement during Welt's leadership.

25) Dream Renovator

In Cosmic Home Décor Guide, complete construction for all areas. There are 6 areas: Bedroom, Bathroom, Entryway, Living Room, Game Room, and Display Room.

26) A Step Behind Cataclysm

In Cosmic Home Décor Guide, enter Ominous Tiles 3 time(s). You can find lots of these tiles in March's stage (and none in Welt and Trailblazer's stage, or maybe there is but I just can't get any of them). It doesn't have to be 3 Ominous Tiles in one stage.
