Honkai: Star Rail Sage of Primaveral Blade Event Guide

The Wardance ceremony is approaching, and March 7th has been invited to become Yanqing and Yunli's apprentice in swordplay. As her assistant, you will plan Swordplay Sessions to help her achieve victory in the eventual duel with swordplay.

※ After the limited-time event duration ends, Trailblazers will be unable to claim limited-time event rewards. Saga of Primaveral Blade will be moved to Conventional Memoir, where Trailblazers can continue to experience its gameplay.

Eligibility:
➥ Trailblaze Level ≥ 21
※ This event can be experienced in advance through the Finality's Vision function.
※ Trailblazers are recommended to experience this content after completing the Trailblaze Continuance "Xianzhou Luofu — Sojourners' Ghastly Reverie" and "Xianzhou Luofu — March to Mastery: A Star Is Born" and having unlocked the Path of The Hunt for March 7th.

Event Overview:
➥ As the swordplay assistant, you will be arranging March 7th's Swordplay Sessions and helping her with mastering Sword Moves to prepare her to defeat Skott in 15 days.
➥ You can schedule up to 4 Swordplay Sessions for March 7th each day, increasing stats through basic training to build a solid foundation for learning Sword Moves.
➥ Training consumes Mood, and when Mood is low, training efficiency will also decrease. Mood can be restored through Excursions.
➥ March 7th can improve her combat abilities by learning Sword Moves. Learning Sword Moves requires meeting specific stat and Mastery requirements.
➥ Keep getting March 7th to break her limit by learning more powerful Sword Moves until she reaches Bladecore Genesis.
➥ There are multiple Swordart Escapade stories in the event, which can be completed through experiencing different Xianzhou Escapades, Companion Assists, and Swordart Anecdotes. Even the ways to finally complete the stories may differ in various Swordart Escapades.
➥ After completing a story through Swordart Escapade, the Finale Rewind feature for that specific Escapade will be unlocked, allowing you to quickly explore different endings.
➥ Each time a story is completed through a Swordart Escapade, March 7th will gain Trialed Insight, which will enhance her stats for the next round of training.

Sage of Primaveral Blade Event Guide

1) Select the Sword Moves

First of all, the key to this event is to let March improve her sword skill aka Sword Moves. You can learn Sword Moves from the bottom left corner.

2) Make a schedule for March 7th

Each Sword Moves has its own requirement to be met. Once you choose any of them, you need to make a schedule for March so she can increase her stats to meet the Sword Moves' requirements.

For example: The first skill to be learned is Cutting Cold. This move needs 150 Strength. So you need to schedule March's training session filled with Strength so she can meet the requirements.

3) Beware of her mood

Every single training you plan for March will deplete her mood. Once the mood reaches 0, she won't make much progress. That's why, you need to include Excursion aside from Train in the schedule to increase her mood.

4) First Sword Trial

By the first sword trial, you should have unlocked Brumal Gloom and any one of the minor stat. This should let your March win the battle with flying colors.

5) Assist Effect

The first Assist Effect you'll get is from Huohuo. This is right after the first sword trial and when you enter the first training schedule.

For example: Huohuo's Assist Effect can either increase Strength Training or Tenacity Training efficiency by a certain percentage. Make sure to fill March's schedule with respective training to take full advantage of the Assist Effect!

6) Midnight Paranormal Hunt

Keep training March and you will meet Huohuo once again to unlock Midnight Paranormal Hunt. This is a new type of Excursion that not only restores March's Mood but also increases Strength and Tenacity stats.

6) Second Sword Trial

By the time we reach the second sword trial, you should've unlocked until Maelstrom in Clouds stat and reach August Elevation (Swordart Ascension; the flame on the top left). Even better if there's more unlocked stat. This should let your March win the battle with flying colors.

7) Stabilize all stats before the Final Sword Trial

Once you complete the second trial, try to unlock all the stats on the first two rows. It's okay if you didn't unlock them all by the final sword trial, as long as you reach Gaze into Gnosis Swordart Ascension. The image above is also the stat for my March 7th when facing the Final Sword Trial.

8) Final Sword Trial

You'll be fighting Yanqing this time and his Swordart Ascension should be one ladder below you by now (You should reach Gaze into Gnosis Swordart Ascension). Trust March 7th and let her do her thing.

After completing this trial, you will go right into the battle with Skott and his mechas without a chance to unlock other stats so beware of that.

9) Swordart Escapades

Once you defeat Skott and his mechas, you will unlock 1 ending out of 5. This will also unlock the Swordart Escapade that allow you to explore other endings.

Once you unlock this method, simply repeat the process: Train March 7th > Unlock more endings > Get all rewards and achievements.

Achievements Related to the Event

1) Blade Speaks in Seasons

In "Saga of Primaveral Blade," master any Swordplay that ranks above "Innate Artistry." Innate Artistry can only be unlocked after you complete 3 out of 5 endings for this event. There are 2 Swordplay for Innate Artistry. Upgrade the required stats to unlock said Swordplay and you will get this achievement. I got this achievement in Jiaoqiu's ending.
TIPS: The Assist Effect also helps in your training. For example: Qingque mostly helps with Dexterity and Acuity. Thus, you would want Innate Artistry Swordplay that wants those two, which is Unabating Rainstorm.

2) Flux of Iron Impales Peak of Heaven

In "Saga of Primaveral Blade," achieve "Bladecore Genesis" for Swordart Ascension. You can achieve Bladecore Genesis after unlocking all Sword Moves on this page. This is only possible in the fifth ending for me (Silver Wolf's ending).

3) Occam's Sheathed Razor

In "Saga of Primaveral Blade," collect all possible story endings. There are 5 endings and just play the event until the end and you will get this achievement.

4) Overpowered Yet Overcautious

In "Saga of Primaveral Blade," train 4 of March 7th's stats above 1000. This is only possible in the fifth ending for me (Silver Wolf's ending) as all training level are increased to level 3 right off the bat. This one is quite tricky as you need to plan March's schedule carefully or you might have some stat that doesn't reach 1000. It also depends on RNG because if the Assist Effect is not favorable, you might not be able to reach 1000 for all stats.

5) Beyond the Plateau

In "Saga of Primaveral Blade," increase training stats to 300 in a single round. A single round means the 4 part Swordplay Sessions. Choose the right Assist Effect and get a TOTAL of 300 training stats like in the image above.

6) Saga of Primaveral Tourism

In "Saga of Primaveral Blade," schedule only Excursions and no Sword Training in Swordplay Sessions. If you play the event, you should know that Excursions means scheduling March 7th to rest and restore her mood. Choose all Excursions and you will get this achievement.

7) All Sword and No Play Makes March a Dull Girl

In "Saga of Primaveral Blade," train until March 7th's Mood becomes 0. When making a schedule for March, make sure her mood reaches 0 and you can get this achievement.
