Tower of Fantasy presents a unique world with futuristic facilities, giving you a glimpse of what it’s like to live in a sci-fi and fantasy environment. The game itself has plenty of things to offer, including compelling stories and a complete roster of exciting and well-thought-out characters to explore.
Simultaneously, encountering large enemies and terrifying bosses will become a big part of your life in the world of Aida. That said, it is necessary to keep your character strong and become adept at fighting.
Who is Tower of Fantasy Claudia?
Claudia always seems aloof and arrogant, but the elite Executor isn't as unfriendly as people thought. If anything, she's the opposite. Those who are close to her know that she is extremely kind, even to the point of being a pushover. Her altruistic personality turned her into somewhat of a hero.
She is an executor for Hykros, who suffered during the Operation Dark Apocalypse.
Birthday: January 16
English Voice Actor: Elizabeth Simmons
Chinese Voice Actor: Wenxiao
Japanese Voice Actor: Mikako Komatsu
Claudia wields a sword called Guren Blade.
Guren Blade is a Grievous and a DPS Weapon that will inflict damage equal to 137% of ATK using the next attack, allowing her target to become grievous for seven seconds. Grievous targets take 20% extra damage. Claudia has a shatter value of 7.5 which is only average, which meant you will probably need another unit with a higher rate. She however, makes up for it by having an S-tier charge rate of 12, rapidly charging up other weapons at hand.
Also, Guren Blade possesses Physical Resonance, which is similar to Nemesis' Volt Resonance. Physical Resonance grants an additional 15% physical atk and 25% physical resistance upon equipping at least two physical or grievous weapons. This also functions with weapons in the off-hand slot, but the effect does not stack.
Currently, there are only four physical or grievous weapons in the game, which was seen as an issue in building a physical team composition by other players.

Tower of Fantasy Claudia Attacks Guide
Skills and discharge are the characters’ bread and butter, and their main source of damage. Skills that when chained together with another can take down any monster in sight. One can plainly use this skill in whatever way they want, but there are several ways how you can optimize his kit.
If you’re not an expert on Claudia’s kit, fret not as we can guide you along your journey. This section features her normal attacks, dodge attacks, weapon skills, and discharge skill. This also includes tips and tricks that you may apply when using her attacks.
|While on the ground, swing the blade to attack 5 times in a row.
First Attack: Deal damage equal to 46.8% of ATK + 2 and knock the target back a short distance.
Second Attack: Deal damage equal to 65.6% of ATK + 3 and knock the target back a short distance.
Third Attack: Deal damage equal to 59.3% of ATK + 3 and knock the target back a short distance.
Fourth Attack: Deal damage equal to 104.1% of ATK + 5 and knock the target back a short distance.
Fifth Attack: Deal damage equal to 177.8% of ATK + 9 and launch the target.
|While airborne, tap normal attack to attack 4 times in a row.
First Attack: Deal damage equal to 27.9% of ATK + 1.
Second Attack: Deal damage equal to 48.4% of ATK + 3.
Third Attack: Deal damage equal to 114.6% of ATK + 6.
Fourth Attack: Deal damage equal to 139% of ATK + 7 and deliver a knockdown
|Hold the normal attack button after normal attacks to trigger Cyclone.
Upon hit, suspend the target and deal 47.8% of ATK + 3 to a single target.
Only smaller monsters can be suspended in the air, while larger ones will only take damage but will remain on the ground.
|Tap and hold the normal attack while airborne, or tap normal attack while climbing, jumping backward, or using the Jetpack to trigger Diving Edge.
While falling, deal damage equal to 10% of ATK + 1 each hit. Upon landing, deal damage equal to 76.4% of ATK + 4 and knock the target back.
The higher the altitude when triggering the attack, the greater the damage dealt, up to 600% damage.
From mid-air, the wielder will continue to make a spin attack until he/she reaches the ground. Ending aerial attacks using Diving Edge makes a good choice especially if you are at a higher altitude to dish out more damage.
|Approach the enemy from behind while crouching, then tap normal attack to use Sneak Attack, dealing damage equal to 570% of ATK + 30.
By default, Crouch may not be available as you will have to enable it first on your settings.
|Tap normal attack during the short period after dodging to trigger Leap Attack.
The Wanderer swings their blade and deals damage equal to 37.9% of ATK + 2 to the target, strongly suspending them and becoming airborne, then dealing additional damage equal to 56.8% of ATK + 3.
|Dance through targets while swinging the blade, dealing damage equal to 418% of ATK + 22 in total to up to 5 targets (attack on the same target deal 20% less damage).
At the end of the Skill, slash the space in front, dealing damage equal to 264% of ATK + 14 to targets, and suspend them.
Immune to crowd-control effects while ability is in use, and all damage taken is reduced by 50%.
Cooldown: 15 seconds.
Roam is one of the weapon skills in the game that has short cooldowns, allowing you to use it more frequently. However, this is less effective against single targets with damage reduction. This gets removed if you have Guren Blade at the sixth advancement.
As opposed to other DPS skills, Roam does not only inflict damage but also offers ways to survive fatal attacks. While Roam is at play, crowd controls do not have an effect on you nor can they cancel the skill. Simultaneously, you will only receive half of the damage taken . This goes to say that it is best to cast Roam when you are about to receive lethal or immobilizing attacks that may otherwise lead you to your demise.
For faster rotations, do a cancel animation by jumping, attacking, and using discharge after the fifth slash.
|When weapon charge is full or Phantasia is triggered, switching to this weapon from another weapon removes all debuffs from the wielder, who then rushes to and strongly suspends a target, dealing 523.3% of ATK + 28 damage, leaving behind a Bladestorm that deals 209.6% of ATK + 11 damage to the target, while gaining immunity to grievous, freeze, burn, and electrify effects for 5 seconds
Similar to Roam, Unbridled Flurry can also make a difference by preventing you from taking grievous, freeze, burn and electrify.
Aside from knowing the best time you can use Unbridled Flurry, one needs to understand how it should be done. Claudia's Discharge prioritizes the nearest enemy and this will dictate the direction Guren Blade will land its discharge in. So, if you are standing between two enemies, Unbridled Furry will pick the nearest one, and leave the other one unharmed.
That said, you will have to group them in the same place first, preferably in a line. After casting it, Claudia will dash in at a fixed distance toward the target. But if you cast it from point-blank, she will instead blink behind the target causing you to miss it. You can prevent this from happening by standing few distances away before firing it. Alternatively, jumping before using her discharge grants greater results.
How do you play Tower of Fantasy Claudia?
Guren Blade being an attack weapon fills the role of a quick-swap Sub-DPS. She has one of the highest charge rates in the game, and it only takes a bit of time for her to charge other weapons. Similarly, this weapon works differently from other existing DPS weapons, as it can grant buffs, debuffs, and damage reduction.
Here is everything you need to know about Guren Blade:
Claudia, unlike the rest of the DPS out there like Samir and Crow is better off not as the main-DPS, but a support. That means you will only be using her for her skill, discharge, and her attack combos within a short duration, before switching to another. She is not supposed to stay that much on the field and has to make way for another main DPS to inflict damage. Instead, you will want to focus on other things Guren Blade can offer aside from damage.
As said, Guren Blade works well in quick-swap teams and she does the job pretty easily by having a charge rate of 12.5, which she can further increase with the help of Pepper's matrices.
First of all, Guren Blade applies grievous effect to its target after charging it to the fullest. Grievous effect works wonders not just for physical, but for all attacks, making them vulnerable to damage by 20%. Meanwhile, if you are in a physical-focused team, you will benefit from the physical atk buff you receive from the resonance.
It is also worth taking note that if you are pulling for Claudia and her weapon, Guren Blade, you would might as well take at least another piece of her weapon.
At first advancement, you can obtain at most 24% atk boost for 25 seconds, which you can easily maintain thanks to the short cooldown of her skill and high charge rate. Second, you can 16% ATK growth. The third advancement applies War Wounds rendering them vulnerable to physical damage and improving shatter for a short duration. At fifth advancement, all skill damage is enhanced by 20%. Basically, a large portion of her whole kit revolves around improving not just Guren's Blade performance, but all weapons equipped, especially physical ones. But then again, Guren Blade is a limited weapon, which may take you more resources before you can take it to higher advancements.
Immunity and damage reduction
This section further proves that Guren Blade works more as a support rather than a main-DPS. In difficult instances, Roam and Unbridled Furry offer another means of escape against crowd controls, especially if your dodge is in cooldown. Also, since Roam has a low skill cooldown, you can use it more often against any attack.
Claudia's attack strings and combos quite resemble King's. She can place continuous and consecutive attacks between her discharge and skill. Down below are several quick combos that you can do before switching to another weapon.
- Jump > Unbridled Flurry (Discharge) > Roam (Skill) + Cancel Animation > Jumping Strike > Diving Edge (Normal Attack)
- Spam Hold attack
- Cyclone (Dodge attack) > Roam (Skill) > Jumping Strike > Diving Edge
Do remember that these combos can be easily interrupted with any attack. Alternatively, you can continue with these attacks and save Roam from any attack which can interrupt you.
One star: After hitting a target with a skill or discharge skill, grant 1 stack of the following buff: Increase damage dealt by 8% for 25 seconds, stacking up to 3 times for a maximum of 1 stack per skill use.
For every skill or discharge skill you use, you receive an 8% damage buff that lasts for 25 seconds. This damage buff can stack up to 3 times. This duration resets as soon as you receive another stack. For Claudia, stacking it up is easy due to the low cooldown of her skill. Using her skill right after a discharge upon the weapon switch allows you to gain 16% from two stacks. Eventually, the third stack can be obtained as soon as the cooldown of her skill ends, which is after 15 seconds.
Aside from the grievous effect making enemies more vulnerable to damage, her first advancement is another step she can take towards becoming a good buffer for the team. The 8% damage buff also applies to other weapons.
Two Star: Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 16%.
Three Star: When hitting a target with a skill or discharge skill, apply 1 stack of War Wounds to the target: Increase incoming physical damage and shatter from physical weapons by 10% for 15 seconds. Stack up to 1 time.
Claudia's third advancement is meant to increase her damage by 10% for a duration of 15 seconds. Aside from her, only physical and shatter units can benefit from the buff. This makes Shiro a must-have simulacrum if you have Claudia. Shiro's kit involves running down her opponents with physical damage and high shatter. Only one stack of War Wound can be applied per enemy.
Four Star: Increase the current weapon's base HP growth by 32%.
Five Star: Hitting targets with skills or discharge skills grants Skill Damage Boost, which increases all weapon skill damage by 20% for 25 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
Claudia's A5 is a huge powerspike for the team with the 20% damage increase. Take note that this only applies to weapon skills. With Claudia's short skill cooldown, it can be spammed multiple times, you can even manage to keep this up for every after 25 seconds.
Six Star: Skills hitting the same target no longer have reduced damage. After using Guren Blade's skills or discharge skill, all targets with War Wounds within 8 meters gain another 1 stack of War Wounds.
By default, Claudia deals a total of 418% of ATK + at least 22 ATK to all targets hit, but damage gets reduced by 20% if the enemy has been hit at least once. But if you are at advancement 6, this damage reduction gets to be removed.
Claudia Pros and Cons
Here are Claudia's Pros and Cons which will help you in deciding whether or not should you get or save for Claudia.
|Ultimate is easy to miss
|Fair amount of Shatter
|Limited physical team composition
|Provides damage and buffs
|Attack strings can be easily interrupted
Tower of Fantasy Claudia Awakening Traits and Rewards
Players are rewarded with recollection rewards after obtaining certain amounts of awakening points. These include the Character Avatar, Story Log and Traits.
|Log: Nice to Meet You
|Trait: (Claudia: Blink)
|Log: A helpful Soul
|Trait: (Claudia: Shadow)
Upon reaching 1200 and 4000 awakening points, players can unlock Traits. Traits provide bonus passive effects and stats unique to one character.
Blink which allows you to stay invisible for 1 second after dodging. Acquiring Shadow will give you 1.5 second instead.
Best Trait for Tower of Fantasy Claudia
So far, Claudia's trait is less useful in PVE as she will not benefit that much with quick stealth against monsters. It is much more inclined with PVP where she can make the most out of the 1/1.5 invisibility to get herself out of the enemies' vision even just for the short duration. For PVE, the best traits you can take are:
- Cobalt-B: After Cobalt-B uses her discharge skill, restore a random amount of weapon charge between 50/90 to 120/180 points.
- Tsubasa: Each time Tsubasa deals damage, gain 1 stack of Fierce Strike, up to 1 stack per 1 second. Each stack adds 0.5%/0.6% ATK, up to 15/30 stacks. Refreshes effect duration upon gaining the effect again. The effect lasts for 30 seconds.
- Shiro: When Shiro uses a weapon skill/discharge skill, increase all kinds of ATK by 10% and physical ATK by an additional 7%/16% for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 16 seconds.
Cobalt-B's trait allows and further improves Claudia's role in a quickswap team as it allows you to obtain weapon charge, right after deploying her discharge. Tsubasa's trait on the other hand, enables her to increase her atk stats for each time she deals damage. This is great, but apparently this is more preferable in a rotation which permits her to stay on the field for longer duration. Lastly, Shiro's trait is great damage wise as it specifically increases your ATK and Physical ATK. Currently, the best trait if you're running a physical team.

Tower of Fantasy Claudia Best Matrices
|4 pc Claudia Set (SSR)
|2 pc set:
Increase damage by 13%/17%/20%/23% when hitting a target in mid-air or initiating an aerial attack. Reset double-jump upon hitting the target in mid-air.
4pc set: Hitting an enemy with a skill reduces the cooldowns of all weapon skills by 1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and increases the damage of discharge skills by 36%/45%/54%/63% for 15 seconds.
Claudia's own matrix set is good for herself, but the problem is that, it is not F2P-friendly. Claudia's 2 pc set only caters to aerial attacks, which cannot be utilized at all times as aerial attacks consume endurance. 4 pc set on the other hand is good as it lowers the cooldown of other weapon skills. This is especially good for her best synergy so far, which is Shiro. Shiro's damage mostly comes from her skill + waning moon, but it has a long cooldown. Making use of the 4-pc set will allow her to use it more frequently.
|2 pc Crow Set (SSR)
2 pc Samir Set (SSR)
|2 pc Crow Set:
Increase crit damage to targets with less than 60% HP by 33%/42%/50%/58%.
2 pc Samir Set: Deal more damage upon hitting a target, each time by 1.5%, up to 10/13/16/20 stacks. Buff stacking time: 2 seconds.
2 pc crow and 2 pc samir is a staple for DPS units for the atk boost that stacks up for each attack, and crit. Claudia can deploy multiple attacks within a short duration, making it easier for her to stack it up. 2 pc Crow on the other hand further increases your crit damage as long as the enemies’ hp went below 60%.
|2 pc Shiro Set (SSR)
2 pc Crow/Samir Set (SSR)
|2 pc Shiro Set: Increase both damage and shatter to targets with more than 50% HP by 15%/19%/22.5%/26%.
Additionally, you may combine either of Samir and Crow's 2 pc set with 2 pc shiro. 2 pc Shiro increases both her damage and shield-breaking ability. Not only can you land continuous damage, but also contribute to destroying shields.
|3 pc Sobek Set (SR)
|3 pc Sobek Set: Increase damage dealt by 6%/7.5%/9% for each enemy nearby. Up to 3 stacks.
Claudia excels at running down multiple opponents simultaneously with her discharge and skill. That said, Sobek can make a good addition to her kit with the damage increase that only applies if there are at most three enemies around.
|3 pc Pepper Set (SR)
|3 pc Pepper Set: Increase speed of obtaining weapon charge by 10%/12.5%/15%.
Meanwhile, Pepper’s matrices make no direct contribution to your damage amplification. But with the nature of her kit and team compositions, Pepper’s matrices increase the rate of obtaining weapon charge, which means you will become a bit close to getting another discharge after landing her quick combos.
|3 pc Bai Ling Set (SR)
|3 pc Bai Ling Set: Increase damage dealt to grievous targets by 12%/15%/18%.
3-pc Bai Ling is the best SR so far with physical teams. Physical units apply Grievous, and while under this effect, your damage against them will increase by 12%-18%.
|3 pc Plunder Set (R)
|3 pc Plunder Set: Increase damage dealt by physical weapons by 6%.
For new and low-level players, you may opt for 3-pc Plunder for the additional physical damage.
Tower of Fantasy Best Claudia Team
So far, the only characters that can benefit from Claudia's Physical Resonance other than herself and the other three weapons; Shiro's Bai Ling's and Combat Blade. With a similar logic to Nemesis, it is best to pair her with physical weapons for the additional physical damage. However, Claudia's team composition is not only limited to physical team composition, and in fact, fares well.
Claudia - Shiro - Huma
A team consisting of Claudia herself, and another physical unit is the standard due to the physical resonance. Currently, the only physical SSR simulacrum that exists in the game is Shiro. That said, it is optimal to pair her up with her the said buff. Shiro becomes the main DPS, while Claudia is going to be your sub-DPS. The third slot shall be given to any weapon, depending on your needs. If Shiro's shattering ability won't suffice, you can add in another shield-breaker. A good example would be Huma. Huma also works well with quick-swap teams due to her high charge rate. That means you will be having two batteries, allowing you to spam your discharge regularly. Huma is also one of the best shield-breakers in the game with her dodge attacks and can apply continuous flame damage while doing so.
Another substitute that you can opt for is Meryl. Meryl can place her discharge or barrier that can keep them in one place. This is exceptionally helpful knowing that Claudia's discharge, and Shiro's Full Bloom and Spirit of the Air are stationary. Enemy can move out of its range, rendering it useless. However, with Meryl's barrier, enemies will be left with no choice but to be stuck inside.
If you need more damage, King also does the job. He has the highest shatter rate and can deploy off-field damage with his discharge and the DoT from the flame effect.
Claudia - Shiro - Nemesis
Another addition you can make is a utility support such as Nemesis. Adding a healer to your team saves you from dying after a hostile attack. Nemesis also offers slows and debuffs to the enemies along with the previous weapons' skills. Nemesis can be filled with other supports such as Cocoritter and Zero.
Frigg - Meryl - Claudia
This comp is an example of Claudia not being included in a physical team. Although you will lose the physical resonance, the main DPS and the whole team itself will benefit greatly from your buffs, debuffs, and charge. Claudia's Grievous effect and Atk buff apply to all physical and elemental attacks which may remind you of A1 Tsubasa. In this case, Frigg is the main-DPS, Claudia is the sub-dps/buffer and Meryl as a shield-breaker. These two slots can be replaced with any main-DPS and shield-breaker, and it would still be as efficient.
Claudia - Bai Ling - Echo
In case Claudia is your first SSR simulacrum, you may opt for a Bai Ling - Claudia - Echo comp. Shiro is not the only option left for you if you are going for a physical team for the resonance. Bai Ling is the only SR substitute, which can be as good as other DPS with the right build. You can add in Samir or Tsubasa’s matrices and you are good to go. The last slot will be given to a shield-breaker like Echo. Hilda can also make a good option for quick-swap teams due to her high shatter and charge value.
Best Relics for Tower of Fantasy Claudia
Listed below are few examples of great relics that you can apply while having Claudia in a team.
Drone: Summon a colossus arm to battle for 20 seconds. Gain hitstun immunity for the next 20 seconds. Tap the Relic again to cancel.
Normal attacks deal damage up to 1387.7% of ATK and strongly launch enemies. Skills deal damage equal to 453.5% of ATK and strongly suspend enemies. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
Spacetime Rift: Launch a proton bomb at the target location, creating a collapse in time-space that sucks targets in for 10 seconds. After 1.5 seconds, the center of the collapse deals damage equal to 39.6 of ATK to targets caught in the area every 0.5 seconds.
Missile Barrage: Place a missile launcher behind the user for 8 seconds. Fire multiple missiles at nearby enemies, dealing damage equal to 34.8% of ATK with each strike.

How to Obtain Tower of Fantasy Claudia
Getting SSR characters and weapons is absolutely rewarding as they can quickly improve your damage and gameplay in general. Aside from better character and weapon design, and fantastic skill animation, these characters provide better stats, higher damage multiplier and even buffs. However, getting one in a gacha game takes luck.
In Claudia’s case, the only way to obtain her simulacrum and her weapon, Guren Blade is to pull on the Limited Banner in the Special Orders. As the name suggests, the banner only lasts for 20 days from September 15, 2022 to October 5, 2022. If you failed to get her within this time period, save your black crystals or red nucleus and wait for her possible rerun.
In conclusion, what do you think of Tower of Fantasy Claudia and how she fares in Tower of Fantasy? Let us know in the comments!
