Character Overview
Hasumi (Track) is a Welfare 1* Mystic Striker student who will be given for free during the upcoming event "Get Set, Go! Kivotos Halo Games" alongside a new student Haruna (Track), and two returning limited students Yuuka (Track) and Mari (Track). During her release in Global, she was a staple option as a damage dealer in Goz for her high damage output and great synergy with hyper-carry buffers. While she may no longer see as much usage, she is still a strong Single Target damage dealer who will help carry newer players in harder content.
Strengths

Skill Review
EX Skill
Starting things off, we have T.Hasumi’s EX Skill, which deals damage to 1 enemy. This skill can consume an additional 2 costs to increase its damage by 30% for each skill point used. Note that the damage increase is calculated with its base cost.
In most cases, you will always want to use this skill with its increased cost of 5, as it brings its multiplier up from 859% to 1,375%. However, there are a few cases where you can consider using this skill at a lower cost. The most common is if the boss is almost defeated or the timer is running out.
You can also bring T.Hasumi as a filler DPS by using her EX Skill at 3 cost. Note that this can be somewhat difficult to fit into a rotation since you cannot lower the amount of skill points used.
Basic Skill
Nothing special about T.Hasumi’s Basic Skill, it deals damage to one enemy every 25s. The choice whether to raise this skill or Sub Skill is completely up to you.
Enchanced Skill
T.Hasumi’s Enhanced Skill increases her Crit DMG and Crit, which helps with consistency and dishing out more damage. Since she will be given out for free at UE50 it is expected that this skill should be at Enhanced+. We recommend raising this skill first, as it affects her Basic and EX Skill damage.
Sub Skill
Lastly, T.Hasumi’s Sub Skill deals an additional instance of damage when attacking Large-sized enemies. In most cases, the trigger condition on this skill should not matter as both ShiroKuro and Goz are Large-sized enemies. The only time this condition becomes relevant is in general content or Perorodzilla. The choice of whether to raise this skill or Basic Skill is up to you.
Gameplay Progression
Early game: In the early game, T.Hasumi can find usage as a boss killer for Mystic content; since she will be given at Unique Equipment 50, most players will have her as their strongest Mystic damage dealer. Do note that going up against strong bosses in the early game is uncommon since it is centered around AoE
Early game alternatives:
Students listed here are only some of the notable options available.
Late game (High Investment): In raids, she can find usage in all 3 Mystic raids currently released. In the past, she was the go-to option for Goz due to a combination of insane damage multipliers and a good armor matchup. While the same is still true for ShiroKuro, there are usually better alternatives catered towards that raid. As for Perorodzilla, she is most commonly slotted into the team to deal with the Shiny Perorominions. Note that without any shields, she will not survive the transition laser.
- Minimum Required Investment: Unique Equipment 50
- Skill Leveling Priority: Enhanced > Basic = Sub
Conclusion
Overall, T.Hasumi is a strong addition to any player’s roster. If they need a Mystic Single Target damage dealer. She will be given out at max rarity for free, making her accessible to even newer players who want to tackle Insane Raids. However, she does come with some slight issues, the most common of which is her necessity to land Crits on EX Skill. While this issue is not unique to T.Hasumi, not Critting usually means resetting a raid attempt if you are aiming for a high score.
Additionally, since her release, there have been newer and stronger Mystic damage dealers such as M.Aris. If you already have them at a high investment, it is unlikely that T.Hasumi will be your first choice for some raids.
How Much Should I Invest?: Since she will be given out for free at Unique Equipment 50 there is no need to invest Eligmas.
