Character Overview
Hinata (Swimsuit) is a Limited 3* Explosive Special student who will be introduced in the upcoming event “In Search of Hidden Ruins” alongside Ui (Swimsuit). What makes this banner unique is you are given free 100 pulls, so you will have to choose between S.Ui and S.Hinata. On release, S.Hinata is not a popular choice in the current Explosive raids released. However, she is still a strong damage dealer who can ignore the enemy’s DEF with the stats to back it up.

Skill Review
EX Skill
S.Hinata’s EX Skill, deals damage to enemies in a circular AoE that ignores the enemy’s DEF. Its damage is spread into 15 instances of damage, which can be important in raids like Kaiten P2, where the hit count will be important to take down the shield.
Basic Skill
Moving on to S.Hinata’s Basic Skill, it deals damage to an enemy which then bounces to nearby enemies who have not yet been attacked. While the damage multiplier on this skill is nothing to write home about, it ignores 80% of the enemy’s DEF and can bounce up to 6 times, allowing damage to stack up.
Enchanced Skill
At base, this skill provides an ATK boost, which can help with damage output. Where this skill truly shines is with its Enhanced+, as it increases S.Hinata’s Explosive Effectiveness. This is a highly sought-after buff as it is a significant damage increase and she cannot receive buffs from S.Hoshino.
Sub Skill
Lastly, S.Hinata has your standard partywide ATK buff for the entire team, which allows her to be used as an ATK statstick.
Gameplay Progression
Early game: S.Hinata can be brought into the team as an Explosive AoE damage dealer to help clear general content. If you are lacking Piercing AoE, S.Hinata can be a decent stand-in until you have a better alternative.

Late game (High Investment): For the late game, S.Hinata can be brought into the team as a damage dealer, mainly for 2 raids Kaiten and Gregorius. Sadly, she is not the best option for either raid, as there are usually better picks. In addition to this, Gregorius does not have a terrain that S.Hinata can take advantage of, which causes her to fall behind in damage.
