Skills
The first skill targets a single ally with the lowest HP, providing continuous HP recovery equal to four percent of their maximum HP for four turns. This could be good, but keep in mind it's based on their maximum HP, not hers. If applied to an attacker, it might not be as effective since attackers usually have lower HP compared to other units on your team.
The second skill grants all allies a barrier equal to 14% of Max HP for two turns, increased Defense level two for two turns, and increased HP Recovery level two for two turns. I like this a lot. The barrier based on her Max HP is a strong point. It provides a good defense boost and increased HP Recovery, which is quite solid.
Her ultimate grants all allies HP Recovery equal to 20% of her Max HP, along with an increase in all attack level two for two turns. Not bad at all. In fact, I think this would have been what I wanted Mimosa to be. Kahono's healing is based on her Max HP, which I find much more sensible than tying it to attack stats.
Her combined attack grants a partner HP Recovery equal to 20% of Max HP and increases the partner's all attack level five. That's huge! It's a substantial increase in attack, which I really appreciate. Her passive abilities also contribute to her overall effectiveness.
