Genshin Impact: The Mystery of Tecoloapan Beach Quest Guide

Have you seen the area clouded by fog in Natlan map? You can remove the fog by completing The Mystery of Tecoloapan Beach quest! Follow this guide to solve the puzzles and remove all the fog in the huge island west of Natlan.

How to Start The Mystery of Tecoloapan Beach Quest

To start this quest, you need to indwell a Koholasaurus far west of Masters of the Night Wind and swim across the sea to reach the foggy island. Once you reach there, a voice will appear and you can start the quest. You need to unveil the secrets of the island within the fog.

First of all, climb the weird looking swirly rocks to the top and indwell an Iktomisaur. Use their Skill to see through the circle symbol on the spiky rock. After this, all the fogs will be gone and you can explore the Tecoloapan Bay.

After that, just follow the quest navigation to undo the island's seal. Along the way, you can see many graffiti of arrow pointing upwards and near them is a wind-looking symbol. Use Iktomisaur's power on the wind-looking symbol then tap E to create a wind current so you can float. Do this until you reach the top of the mountain.

To undo the seal is the same as before where you need to use Iktomisaur's power to scan the circle symbol at the right position. After this, the quest will mark a huge area.

Go there first and defeat the enemies (you can see 2 tribal warriors and a sealed treasure chest there).

Then, use the Iktomisaur's power on the wall to scan the triangle symbol on the wall to uncover a hidden path.

Once you're in the hidden area, place your character in the same spot as my character in the image above to make the graffiti disappear and uncover another hidden path.

Now, you need to get 3 torches and plant it on each corner of the triangle graffiti on the floor. The puzzle is not that hard but may be confusing for some so follow the instructions below:

(1) Use Iktomisaur's power on the fire symbol on the wall and hold E on the glowing blue spot just beside the entrance of the room. Make sure to do it before you enter the room.

(2) Use Iktomisaur's power on the fire symbol in the room before exiting the room

(3) Tap E to plant the torch on one of the three glowing spot in the center

(4) Use Iktomisaur's power on the 2 fire symbol near the center and plant the 2 torches on the remaining

For the last seal, you need to go to a small floating wreck of a building with the help of Iktomisaurs that will create a wind current for you. Follow the navigation and you will meet said Iktomisaur.

Once you glide and some steps appear on air, you need to indwell an Iktomisaur and use its ability to jump high on top of those steps. Be careful not to fall!

First of all, approach the Iktomisaur on the building so it will move and create a wind current on the side. You can see a graffiti on the side of building right? Indwell an Iktomisaur and scan the graffiti to absord the piece of the wall.

After that, go to the floating debris below and plant the piece of the wall near the circle symbol. Then, scan the full symbol to unleash the seal. After that, just follow the quest navigation to complete the whole quest.

By the end, you need to fight some enemies and will obtain the achievement [Truth Cannot Be Fabricated].
