Genshin Impact: The Packages Returned Achievement Guide (4 Lost Packaged and Letters)

There are a total of 4 packages and letters in Natlan that are damaged, torn, etc and it's now your job to fix them and return them to their original. What you get in return is some small reward, and the achievement The Packages Returned Achievement.

Location of all Packages and Letters

Damaged Letter

Teleport to the Statue of the Seven in Scions of the Canopy and head northeast towards the small body of water. Beside that is a rock with a Damaged Letter on top of it.

Torn Letter

Teleport to Artifact Domain and head east where you can see two cute alpacas near stone and grass. On top of that stone is a Torn Letter that you can pick up.

Slightly Squashed Package

Teleport to the waypoint east of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame and head west. You can see a brazier on the ground so head just beside the brazier and you can see a Slightly Squashed Package.

Damaged Package

The last item is a Damaged Package and you can get them near the waypoint in Tequemecan Valley (on top of a rock beside the river).

How to Send the Packages and Letters to the Original Senders

First of all, now that you get those 4 items, bring them to Michica (the Manager of Courier's Longhouse) so he can fix them first. After that, all those items will be renewed (including quest item and description). The descriptions actually help you find the original sender of these letters/packages.

Chanca's Letter

You can find Chanca in the Stadium of the Sacred Flame. Just look up at Zakan's Street Bites icon on the map and follow it (She's in Warrior's Rest Area, the lower area of the Stadium).

Acat's Package

Acat's Package is for Acat and you can find her store right beside the Adventurer's Guild in the Stadium of the Sacred Flame.

Imix's Package

Do you remember the little girl NPC that gives you the first Tribal Chronicle in Children of Echoes? Yes, she's Imix, the owner of Imix's Package.

Tirda's Letter

The last item -Tirda's Letter- belong to Tirda from the People of the Springs. Teleport to the waypoint north of People of the Springs and head south to the store. You can find Tirda there.
After you successfully return all 4 items to the owner, you will get the achievement The Packages Returned.
