There are 6 Obsidian Totem Poles in Natlan version 5.0 and they are also part of the achievements in Dueliest: Series I. Some of them can only be found by completing puzzles while some of them are easy to access.

Location of All Special Obsidian Totem Poles in Natlan
Obsidian Totem Pole #1
Teleport to Huitztli Hill waypoint (near the Qucusaur Tyrant boss) and head northeast towards the river. The totem is hidden inside a pointy rock like in the image above and you need to find 3 shining items to expose the real totem.
For the first item, take the Grappling Hook inside the tree (yes, there's a resting area inside a hollow tree) and install it to the box jutting out from the tree. Then, indwell a Yumkasaurus to pull this box.
Once the box is out of the way, interact with the Crystal Beetle inside the tree and you can see something digging underground. Let it be and it will head towards the totem pole.
Now for the second item, go to the spot above where you can see a shining ore protruding from the ground. For this one, you need to use a Tepetlisaurus to dig and attack this ore, but I just don't see any Tepetlisaurus here so Kachina it is!
Kachina is free after you start the Archon Quest in Natlan so everyone will have her. Use her Skill and ride it to do a slam attack on the ore. Keep following it until it reaches the totem pole.
For the third and last item, similar to before, use Kachina's Skill to slam attack the crystals and uncover the digging creature underneath the crystal. Keep following the shining moving thing underground and it will reach the totem.
Once all three shining items have reached the rock from before, the rock will break and show the real Obsidian Totem Pole.
Night's Trial #1 (Trial of Decisions)
For this trial, the Wayob Manifestation will exile the character to a Land of Decision, where you must touch a Nightsoul Fault to leave the Land and return to the battle against the Manifestation.
IN SHORT: There will be a time when Wayob disappears for a while and some mobs appear. Those are the Land of Decision.
When you defeat these mobs, you will gain a "Curse" effect. Each stack of Curse will increase the DMG for your party but also cause them to continuously lose HP (lose HP only in this Land of Decision).
TIPS: Defeat as many enemies as you can and when you see your character is in critical health, immediately touch the Nightsoul Fault to get out of the Land of Decision.
Obsidian Totem Pole #2
Teleport to Sulfurous Veins waypoint and head to the bottom ground where you can see a Tepetlisaurus near a shining orange ore (called resonant rocks).
Use the Tepetlisaurus attack to hit the rock and more resonant rocks will appear. There are 6 spots (including the first one you just hit) that you need to attack so go around with your Tepetlisaurus (check for glowing and pulsating areas) to interact with them. After all 6 resonant rocks are activated, an entrance will appear.
Inside the new area you just dug out, there is your second obsidian totem pole.
Night's Trial #2 (Trial of Mobility)
The trial here is much easier than the first one because all you need to do is dodge your enemies' attacks to gain the DMG buff. Easier said than done though, if you're still not used to the skill set of this new Natlan enemy.
TIPS: When the enemy has a white shield on his HP bar, the best way to remove it is to avoid his attack > gain buff > attack the enemy to destroy a decent amount of the shield. You can see a white linear light (like in the image above) indicating that you dodge successfully. After that is the perfect time to hit the enemy with the newly required buff.
Obsidian Totem Pole #3
Teleport to the Weapon Ascension Domain in Natlan and head east towards the waterfall. Above the waterfall is a small deep area you can go into.
Head deeper inside this cave and when you see a lava pool, you can either:
(1) Use Mualani to surf the lava pool
(2) Use Tepetlisaurus to dig into the wall and move alongside the wall to reach the end
At the end of this cave, you will see your totem pole.
Night's Trial #3 (Trial of Resilience)
During this trial, you will be unable to use any Elemental Skill to Bursts. Instead, this battle will be fully Parry.
When you use Parry, you will raise your weapon up in a defensive posture, greatly decreasing DMG dealt to you. Get the timing down and Parry just as the opponent is attacking to completely negate the DMG and reset the Parry.
Obsidian Totem Pole #4
Teleport to the waypoint southeast of Ancestral Temple and head northwest towards the pool and you will see the Obsidian Totem Pole. Yes, there is no puzzle whatsoever for this one so you can get down to the Night's Trial instantly.
Night's Trial #4 (Trial of Might)
Another simple but a bit hard (in term of bringing the correct character) trial. In this trial, it's best if you can continuously use attacks with higher interruption capabilities to interrupt opponents as they charge attacks. Those charged attack hits like a truck so you really want to interrupt those if possible.
Obsidian Totem Pole #5
Teleport to Ancestral Temple waypoint and head northwest where you can see the totem pole on the ground. There's no puzzle here.
Night's Trial #5 (Trial of Sealing)
In this trial, the Cyro Wayob Manifestation will summon Hydroflow Constructs. This ball of water can be frozen with a Cryo attack and once it becomes an ice cube, you can use Charged Attack in the direction of the Wayob and it will decrease its Hydro shield much faster than your attacks.
Obsidian Totem Pole #6
Teleport to Teticpac Peak northwest waypoint (close to the Scions of the Canopy) and head southwest towards another block of mountain. The totem pole here is at the top of the mountain.
Night's Trial #6 (Trial of Precision)
In this trial, we have mini Kinich where the enemy will use their grappling hook to grapple an object in the air and attack you from above. Break the (Dendro) objects they are grappling with so they will fall down and you can attack them. Bow character would be the best but since they can be staggered, bring along a shielder if you need to.
