New Characters

1) Mavuika

➥ Rarity: 5⭐
➥ Gnosis: Pyro
➥ Weapon: Claymore

When using her claymore, not only can she attack while on the field, but she can also assist other characters with their attacks while she's off-field, dealing Pyro DMG to opponents.

When on her Flamestrider, Mavuika uses her power for herself and deals powerful AoE Pyro DMG to nearby opponents.

Aside from using her Elemental Skill to summon the Flamestrider, you can also use Natlan's unique Nightsoul Transmission.
When the active character is in certain special states, Mavuika can be switched in while already riding on her Flamestrider. Plus, when Mavuika is in the party, she reduces the cooldown of Nightsoul Transmission.

Mavuika's Elemental Burst is also very special. Instead of accumulating Elemental Energy to use her Elemental Burst, Mavuika accumulates "Fighting Spirit". When a character in the party consumes Nightsoul points or hits opponents with Normal Attacks, Mavuika will gain Fighting Spirit.
When her Fighting Spirit exceeds a certain amount, Mavuika can use her Elemental Burst. Additionally, the more Fighting Spirit she has, the more powerful her Elemental Burst will be.

Mavuika has two Passive Talents:
The first is that Mavuika's ATK increases when Nightsoul Burst is triggered.
The second is that after Mavuika uses her Elemental Burst.
She increases the DMG dealt by the active character based on her Fighting Spirit

2) Citlali

➥ Vision: Cryo
➥ Weapon: Catalyst

When using her Elemental Skill, Citlali deploys a shield and gains Nightsoul points. Meanwhile, she enters the Nightsoul's Blessing state and summons the black Itzpapa. And when Citlali's Nightsoul points exceed a certain amount, Itzpapa will enter an enraged state, attacking nearby opponents with Frostfall Storm.

When using her Elemental Burst, Citlali commands both companions to attack at the same time. Her Elemental Burst not only deals DMG, but after the explosion, Citlali will recover a certain amount of Nightsoul points.

Citlali can keep her Nightsoul's Blessing active while off-field and when Citlali is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state, she can decrease the Hydro and Pyro RES of opponents affected by Frozen or Melt reactions. At the same time, Citlali will regain a certain amount of Nightsoul points.

3) Lan Yan

Lan Yan can use her special weapon to rush forward and deploy shields in battle. After Lan Yan rushes forward, she can jump up and attack opponents while airborne.

Thanks to her Passive Talent, after Lan Yan hits opponents with her Elemental Skill's dash, her deployed shield undergoes Elemental Absorption based on the Element her skill came into contact with. Her aerial attacks will also deal corresponding Elemental DMG.

When Lan Yan uses her Elemental Burst, she creates an array which pulls opponents in and deals DMG multiple times.

When Lan Yan is in the party, your characters will not startle Crystalflies and certain other animals when approaching them.

1) Lord of Eroded Primal Fire (Weekly Boss)

The Abyss emulates this Dragon Sovereign, mamely this fearsome foe, the Lord of Eroded Primal Fire.

The Lord of Eroded Primal Fire will relentlessly attack you and try to destroy the platforms you're standing on, shrinking the arena's safe areas to drive you into a corner. So while dodging the Lord's attacks, you must pay attention to the changes in the arena.

You can use rapid Elemental attacks to quickly break it out of its special state and Nightsoul-aligned elemental attacks are even more effective.

It's worth mentioning that after Travelers obtain the power of Pyro, they'll have a greater advantage against the Lord of Eroded Primal Fire.

New Quests

1) Archon Quest

Though the Abyss has been defeated for now, its forces still lurk in the shadows of the Night Kingdom. After a short rest, the Traveler is finally about to embark on a journey to face the Abyss.
By completing Archon Quest Chapter V: Act V during Version 5.3, you can receive an additional Primogems ×500.

2) Mavuika's Story Quest

Take part in a never-seen-before Pilgrimage of the Return of the Sacred Flame and during our investigation, we'll encounter a Qucusaurus with a strange manner of speech. You can complete Mavuika's Story Quest to obtain her level-up materials!

3) Citlali's Story Quest

In Act III, you will have a chance to learn about the stories that Granny Itztli has experienced in her long life and explore the meaning of memories and history from her perspective. If you complete the third Act of the Masters of the Night-Wind's Tribal Chronicles within the specified duration, you can obtain level-up materials for Citlali.

New Events

1) Lantern Rite Event

The first gameplay mode is "Immortal Combat," a puzzle game. In battle, you'll need to control where the blocks fall and connect multiple blocks of the same type to clear them from the field. Every rattan figure has different skills. So find the right one to score combos, unleash destruction on your foes, and claim victory.
You can fight opponents of different difficulties and also duel other players in Co-Op Mode.

The second gameplay mode is a combat challenge, "Drills by Lamplight". In these drills, you can use various strategies to aim for high scores, such as by using different "Secret Stratagems" to boost your party's ability to earn points and shoot for a higher score.

You can create unique Gift Envelopes of your own and give them to your companions all over Teyvat to earn special Auspicious Motifs.

If Travelers reach a certain level of Festive Fever during Lantern Rite, they can claim this outfit for free.

2) Emblem of Steadfast Valor

In the event "Emblem of Steadfast Valor", Travelers will be invited to take on carefully crafted challenge stages to set an example for the warriors of Natlan.

The event challenges are scattered across the various tribes of Natlan. Each challenge has additional objectives. After completing the additional objectives in three tribes, you can earn special Commemorative Gifts.

3) Shuyu's Baffling Beetle Battle Bowl

For this Beetle Battle event, the event added the ability for Onikabuto to jump and hover in mid-air. And aside from jumping, they can also charge up attacks in mid-air to attack the enemy's weak spots and deal even more DMG.

4) On the Trail of Behemoths

In the all-new combat challenge, "On the Trail of Behemoths", you will have to prepare your party to challenge 4 powerful Bosses.

If you're interested in high-difficulty cooperative battle, you can also invite a friend to take part in the challenge together.

5) Thank You Gift

In Version 5.3, you can complete the limited-time login event to obtain Intertwined Fate ×10. Additionally, this year's Lantern Rite's Thank-You Gift Mails will include Primogems ×1,600 along with rare level-up materials like the Crown of Insight and Sanctifying Elixir.

6) Repertoire of Myriad Melodies (Permanent Rhythm Game)

In this rhythm game, "Repertoire of Myriad Melodies", not only can you play music from all over Teyvat using instruments you've obtained prior. But you can also edit existing musical scores and publish them on our official Interaction Platform to share your works for others to play.

Additionally, you'll be able to purchase new instruments, like the "Ukulele" and the "Djem Djem Drum". Do swing by the "Djembe Studios" shop at the People of the Springs in Natlan.

7) Overflowing Abundance

You can obtain double the number of Talent Level-Up Materials or Weapon Ascension Materials. It's worth mentioning that during the event, any materials can be obtained on any day. So you don't have to worry about the daily rotation schedule of materials.

1) Collective of Plenty

"After completing the Version 5.3 Archon Quest, there's still another tribe in Natlan we haven't met. That's Iansan's tribe, the Collective of Plenty.
Like the other tribes, the Collective of Plenty has their own Saurian companions and they also played a key role in Natlan's long history of fighting the Abyss. If you remember the Archon Quest in Version 5.1."
