Genshin Impact: Envisaged Echoes Zhongli Guide

A new Echo is available in version 5.1 and the characters are for Zhongli and Keqing. Here's the guide to completing Zhongli's puzzle in Envisaged Echoes.

How to Unlock Envisaged Echoes

• Adventure Rank 35 or above
• Complete and finalize a combat performance in Act 6 or higher of the Imaginarium Theater.

Envisaged Echoes Gameplay Details

You will need to use "Keys of Echoes" to unlock character challenge stages. Unlocking challenge stages for 1 character requires 2 Keys of Echoes.
During each season of the Imaginarium Theater, you can claim Keys of Echoes by fulfilling certain requirements during performances. You will also initially get 2 Keys when you unlock the gameplay for the first time.

Envisaged Echoes Challenge Details

After unlocking a character challenge stage, you MUST fulfill the following requirements to begin the challenge:

• Character must be Level 90
• Character's Friendship Level must be at least 8

You can have up to 4 Keys of Echoes at once, and will not be able to claim more Keys at the limit. To avoid not being able to claim more Keys of Echoes, you can unlock character challenge stages first, then go complete the challenges once you meet the requirements.
After a challenge stage has been unlocked, you can challenge it multiple times.

Vago Mundo Phase I

Challenge Objective:
Use the Resonant Stone Pillars to break the rock barrier

This guide assume you have C0 Zhongli (unfortunately my Zhongli is C2 so I'll try to avoid using an extra pillar from Skill).
(1) Tap E to hit the first rock with an X on it in order to start

(2) Tap E to place a pillar between the first two rocks with stars

(3) Tap E to place a pillar between the last two rocks with stars

Once the challenge is completed, the gate will open and you need to climb the wall to head to phase 2. Unfortunately, they place an unclimbable wall here so place a pillar and climb it.

Vago Mundo Phase II

Challenge Objective:
Defeat all opponents within the time limit

Special Rules:
During the "Vago Mundo Phase II" challenge, every 5 Assisting Crystals you destroy will grant this buff for 30 seconds: When the character's Normal Attacks hit an opponent, a shockwave will be unleashed at the character's position, dealing Physical DMG. This effect can be triggered once every 4.5 seconds.
During the "Vago Mundo Phase II" challenge, opponents deal increased DMG to characters not protected by shields.

First of all, remember that enemies deal increased damage if Zhongli doesn't have his shield up (10k-20k per hit), and this doesn't include the reaction damage.

What you need to do is break the Assisting Crystals so Zhongli can deal big AoE damage every 4.5 seconds every 30 seconds. The AoE is roughly half the length of the arena, meaning if you're in the center of the arena, the shockwave is guaranteed to hit all enemies.
Tips: Hold E to create a shield while also breaking all the crystals.

Once you get the buff, keep attacking the enemies while also avoiding their attacks so the shield doesn't break too fast, especially if Zhongli's cooldown has not ended yet.

If you have C2 Zhongli, his Burst can also create a shield so that's a good advantage. Unfortunately, his Burst animation is ~2 seconds long so it's not really recommended because you're tight on times right now.

Once the buff has ended (there's a timer at the top left), twirl the camera around and see where the crystals spawn (usually it's near the enemies that recently spawned). There's also a small golden icon that shows the direction of the crystals. Break the crystals when the timer almost ends so you can refresh the buff.
