You encounter a child looking for a star shards out in the wild. Complete this quest to get the achievement "Awaken! Night Head!".

How to Start To Wish Upon a Star Quest

Teleport to the waypoint northeast of the Ancestral Temple and head east to the orange-rimmed crater. There's a boy staring inside the crater and you can talk to him to start the quest.

Go inside the hole and indwell the Tepetlisaurus. Use its Skill to attack the huge rock. You can see the HP of the rock on top of the screen, although it's a bit small.

After that, attack the shining patches on the wall using the Tepetlisaurus attack. There are 3 of them in this hole so turn around to see the location of all shining patches.

After that, keep following the quest navigation until the end and you will get the achievement "Awaken! Night Head!".

Based on the sentence, it seems like there's a continuation. But even after a daily reset, there's not continuation quest. Either it's not in the same location or possibly not in this version, or there's no continuation at all.
